    Abstract: In the present semiconductor integrated circuit device, a buffer is provided between a constant-current source circuit and an internal circuit that becomes a source of noise. The buffer controls the potential of an output node such that the potential of the output node becomes the bias potential. Even when noise is generated on the bias potential line when the internal circuit is in operation, the buffer dampens the noise. Thus, the noise generated in the internal circuit is prevented from adversely affecting the constant-current source circuit, and a stable operation of the internal circuit itself is achieved.

    Abstract: According to the present invention, a brake unit is disposed at a side of the forward direction of the fin material from a reforming unit. The brake unit contracts the fin material so that the adjacent folded portions contact with each other while being reformed. Thus, the contracted fin material is in a stable state not to be deformed easily. In this way, even if moment tilting flat portions of corrugated fin is given by the reforming unit, the flat portions are prevented from tilting.     Abstract: A cathode ray tube has a cathode structure including a cathode body comprised of porous refractory metal impregnated with electron-emissive material, a metal cup for containing the cathode body therein, a metal sleeve having a closed end and mounting a heater therein, a cylindrical metal eyelet and a plurality of thin metal wires stretched across one end of the metal eyelet and suspending the metal cup and the metal sleeve concentrically with and in the cylindrical metal eyelet. By virtue of providing the metal flange, the contact area for welding the metal wires is increased, thereby improving the welding strength and reliability.
