There are provided a control signal generation circuit receiving an external instruction input in synchronization with a clock signal to generate a control signal for defining a data output period in response to the external instruction, and an output buffer circuit receiving data read from a memory array for output to an output node for the data output period, and there is further provided an output control circuit for controlling turning first, second and third transistors on and off, the output control circuit in the data out period turning on and off one of the first and second transistors complementarily in response to the read data and also turning on the third transistor in response to the control signal.

The present invention provides a solid state electrolytic capacitor having an improved anode lead terminal having first and second side edges distanced from each other in a longitudinal direction of the anode lead terminal, wherein a center position on the first side edge is retracted from opposite side positions on the top edge, and the opposite side positions are distanced in a perpendicular direction to the longitudinal direction.

In a precharge operation, when an external supply potential is lower than the lower limit determined by a specification, a VDC circuit in a sense amplifier operating voltage generating circuit supplies to a sense power supply line a potential equal to the external supply potential. When the external supply potential is higher than the lower limit determined by the specification, the VDC circuit supplies a potential equal to the lower limit of the external supply potential. Accordingly, a semiconductor integrated circuit device including this circuitry can achieve power savings without decrease in the sensing operation rate and without supply of charges more than necessary to memory cells.

In the present semiconductor integrated circuit device, a buffer is provided between a constant-current source circuit and an internal circuit that becomes a source of noise. The buffer controls the potential of an output node such that the potential of the output node becomes the bias potential. Even when noise is generated on the bias potential line when the internal circuit is in operation, the buffer dampens the noise. Thus, the noise generated in the internal circuit is prevented from adversely affecting the constant-current source circuit, and a stable operation of the internal circuit itself is achieved.

A bearing device where a sliding bearing rotatably supporting a shaft is molded with an inexpensive sintered material, three asymmetrical circular arc-shaped radial bearings are formed in the inner peripheral surface of the shaft, taper land-shaped thrust bearings are formed in the opposite end surfaces of the radial bearing surface, T-shaped bubble removing means which is constituted by axial and radial flow passages formed in the shaft opposed to the radial bearing is provided, and magnetic fluid is used as a lubricant. A magnetic disk unit using the bearing device is also disclosed.

According to the present invention, a brake unit is disposed at a side of the forward direction of the fin material from a reforming unit. The brake unit contracts the fin material so that the adjacent folded portions contact with each other while being reformed. Thus, the contracted fin material is in a stable state not to be deformed easily. In this way, even if moment tilting flat portions of corrugated fin is given by the reforming unit, the flat portions are prevented from tilting. A concave or convex deformation of the folded portions can be reformed satisfactorily.

A cathode ray tube has a cathode structure including a cathode body comprised of porous refractory metal impregnated with electron-emissive material, a metal cup for containing the cathode body therein, a metal sleeve having a closed end and mounting a heater therein, a cylindrical metal eyelet and a plurality of thin metal wires stretched across one end of the metal eyelet and suspending the metal cup and the metal sleeve concentrically with and in the cylindrical metal eyelet. The metal cup and the closed end of the metal sleeve are fixed with the plurality of thin metal wires interposed therebetween, and ends of the plurality of thin metal wires are welded to a metal flange formed at the one end of the metal eyelet. The metal cup can be welded to the closed end of the metal sleeve by an electron beam with the plurality of thin metal wires interposed therebetween. By virtue of providing the metal flange, the contact area for welding the metal wires is increased, thereby improving the welding strength and reliability.

A recording disk apparatus comprises a clearance between a shaft and a thrust bearing portion tapered in a circumferential direction, a lubricant communication groove of a bearing covered by the shaft so that a lubricant on a radial bearing portion communicates with the lubricant on the thrust bearing portion through the lubricant communication groove, a lubricant circulating path which extends axially from the thrust bearing portion to the radial bearing portion to prevent the lubricant flowing out of the thrust bearing portion from returning directly to the thrust bearing portion without passing the radial bearing portion, and/or a clearance between a slide bearing and a magnetic fluid seal device substantially filled with a magnetic fluid lubricant.
