    摘要: A three blade fence post straightening device comprises a first row of at least three rollers and a second row of at least three rollers. An axis of rotation of each of the rollers in the first row may be substantially parallel to each other and an axis of rotation of each of the rollers in the second row may be substantially parallel to each other. A forming profile defined between outer surfaces of the respective rollers of each pair of rollers may substantially correspond to a cross section of a three blade fence post, with forming profiles of each pair of rollers being longitudinally aligned to form a substantially straight path through the straightening device. A drive means may be configured to drive each of the rollers in the first row and/or the second row.

    摘要: In a Turk's head stand, double inner frames are disposed inside an outer frame. A first inner frame is disposed so as to be adjusted in the vertical direction, and a second inner frame is disposed so as to be adjusted in the horizontal direction. Four-way straightening rolls and position adjusting devices are incorporated inside the second inner frame. Mechanical structures for convexo-concave engagement are disposed on faces of the respective roll chocks and yokes and the inner frames opposed to each other, thereby to guide the respective roll chocks and yokes, by utilizing descending motions of the inner frames, after connection with a pressing device has been released, to form the stack body in series, and to enable the stack body to be withdrawn from the roll stand.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device (1) for production of a tube (2) with a polygonal, preferably rectangular cross-section, comprising a tube welding unit (3), in which the tube (2) is formed from a sheet metal strip and welded at the resulting jointing position and a rolling unit (4), connected to the tube welding unit (3) in the transport direction (R) of the tube (2), which essentially rolls the tube (2) into the desired polygonal cross-sectional contour.     摘要: According to the present invention, a brake unit is disposed at a side of the forward direction of the fin material from a reforming unit. The brake unit contracts the fin material so that the adjacent folded portions contact with each other while being reformed. Thus, the contracted fin material is in a stable state not to be deformed easily. In this way, even if moment tilting flat portions of corrugated fin is given by the reforming unit, the flat portions are prevented from tilting. A concave or convex deformation of the folded portions can be reformed satisfactorily.

    摘要: A wire straightening device (62) is disclosed for use on a wire processing machine (60). The device includes two wire deflection units (72, 74) arranged to deflect the wire in two perpendicular planes to remove stresses in the wire. Each wire deflection unit includes a first member (90) having a set of upper rollers (92, 94, 96) arranged thereon and a second member (110) having a set of lower rollers (112, 114, 116, 118) journaled thereon. The two sets of rollers are adjustable toward and away from each other for deflecting engagement with a wire (78) to be straightened. The wire traverses through the wire deflection unit along a wire path (80) from an inlet side (132) to an outlet side (134), The spacing of the rollers (92,94 and 112,114) adjacent the inlet side (132) is greater than the spacing of the rollers (94,96 and 116,118) adjacent the outlet side (134) so that the spacing is progressively less from the inlet side toward the outlet side. A manually actuated cam (200) is provided for moving the rollers to an open position for inserting the wire and then to a closed position where the wire is initially deflected.

Upon the adjustment of barrel width, the pawl is selectively engaged with the notch (22) of the tightening female screw (4) or both female screws (4, 13), so that the female screws drive the mating male screws (5, 14) in the axial direction to displace one of the rolls (3') to a predetermined position, as the main shaft (8) rotates. The operation sequence is controlled in a fully automatic manner by a controller (23) while monitoring the rotation of the main shaft (8) by a detector (20).
