    Abstract: A display device includes: a pixel; a grayscale converter that applies a compensation value to generate an output grayscale; and a controller that provides a data voltage corresponding to the output grayscale to the pixel. The grayscale converter generates first stress value and second stress value based on the output grayscale, adds the first stress value to a first stress accumulation value to which a first accumulation coefficient is applied to update the first stress accumulation value, adds the second stress value to a second stress accumulation value to which a second accumulation coefficient is applied to update the second stress accumulation value, and generates the compensation value based on the first stress accumulation value and the second stress accumulation value. The first accumulation coefficient and the second accumulation coefficient are different from each other.

The touch driving circuit is configured to receive a noise level signal indicating a noise level of the display panel from a host that generates image data, select at least some noise sensing channels among a plurality of noise sensing channels connected to the plurality of noise sensing electrodes, based on the noise level signal, receive a noise signal using at least some of the selected noise sensing channels, and compensate for the touch sensing signal using the received noise signal.

    Abstract: A window includes a base region and a compressive stress region disposed on the base region. The compressive stress region includes Li+, Na+, and K+ ions. The compressive stress region includes a first compressive stress portion in which a concentration of the K+ ions decreases, a concentration of Na+ ions increases, and a concentration of the Li+ ions increases, from a surface of the window toward the base region. A second compressive stress portion is adjacent to the first compressive stress portion. In the second compressive stress portion, the concentration of the Na+ ion decreases and the concentration of the Li+ ion increases, from the first compressive stress portion toward the base region. The window thereby has a high surface compressive stress value and impact resistance.
