    Abstract: Provided is a red mud-based composite calcium ferrite and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method of the red mud-based composite calcium ferrite includes the following steps: mixing red mud and a calcium source, and roasting an obtained mixture in an oxygen-containing atmosphere to obtain the red mud-based composite calcium ferrite; where the calcium source is selected from the group consisting of lime and calcium carbonate. In the present disclosure, the composite calcium ferrite is prepared using a solid waste red mud, with a greatly reduced cost of raw materials; on the other hand, compared with traditional calcium ferrite, the composite calcium ferrite mainly has phase structures of CaFe2O4, Ca2FeAlO5, and Ca2Fe2O5. Therefore, the composite calcium ferrite has a lower melting point, a higher lime dissolution efficiency, and better fluxing and dephosphorization effects during primary smelting and refining of molten steel, and has broad prospects for use in industry.

    Abstract: A selective laser melting technology-based apparatus for preparing a gradient material, comprising a laser scanning array lens, and a powder storer, a powder mixer, a powder scraping plate, and a working platform that are provided in sequence from top to bottom; the powder storer is provided with two or more partitions; a bottom portion of the powder storer is provided with an outlet; the powder mixer is provided under the powder storer and is a horizontally provided rotational mixer; the powder scraping plate is disposed under the powder mixer; the working platform is provided under the powder scraping plate; the laser scanning array lens is provided on the working platform. The present invention further relates to a method for preparing a gradient material, comprising powder storing, powder scraping, powder mixing, powder laying, and printing. The method can guarantee the two-phase powder ratio in each layer of powder not change.

    Abstract: Metal plastic forming processes and equipment that provides a flexible skew rolling mill with dual-rotatable-shafts, including a base unit, a guide unit, two rollers, two servo main-shaft systems, a roller distance adjusting mechanism, two tilt angle adjusting mechanisms, a cooling system and a numerical control system. The two servo main-shaft systems are mounted under the support of the two beds, thereby driving the two rollers to do rotation motion; the roller distance adjusting mechanism drives the two beds, thereby enabling the two rollers to do synchronous centering and radial feed motion; the two tilt angle adjusting mechanisms drive the servo main-shaft systems respectively to rotate around a horizontal rolling center line and enable the two rollers to do tilt angle adjustment motion; and the numerical control system controls a rotating speed, radial feed and tilt angle adjustment of the two rollers, such that skew rolling mills and rollers of the same dimensions and specification can form shaft parts of different dimensions and specifications by flexible skew rolling. The flexible skew rolling mill with dual-rotatable-shafts has the advantages that the beds are synchronously centered and radial feed, the strength of the beds is high, the mounting and debugging are convenient, flexible production can be realized and the like such that the flexible skew rolling mill has broad prospects of being applied to the field of forming large-diameter shaft parts with diversified specifications.

    Abstract: The technical field of metal plastic forming processes and equipment, and provides a device and method for forming shaft part by two-roller flexible skew rolling. The device comprises two skew rollers, a guiding plate, two guiding cylinders and an axial pushing device; the skew rollers can do same-direction rotation motion, radial feeding motion and tilt angle adjustment motion; the guiding plate is arranged between the two skew rollers and is used for limiting the radial movement of a blank; the two guiding cylinders are arranged on the two sides of the two skew rollers to limit swing of the blank; and the axial pushing device is arranged at one end of the blank and is used for applying axial pushing force to the blank, and the blank is rolled into a shaft part in a space defined by the skew rollers and the guiding plate. The method of the invention includes a radial compression forming process, a roller tilting forming process, a skew rolling diameter reduction forming process and a roller leveling forming process. The device and method for forming shaft part by two-roller flexible skew rolling have the advantages that forming equipment is simple, the tonnage is small, flexible production can be achieved, and core loose defects can be reduced and even avoided.

    Abstract: A binary alloy design method for a marine high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) stress corrosion-resistant steel is provided. The binary alloy design method permits synergistic inhibition of anodic dissolution and hydrogen embrittlement by binary alloying to prepare the marine HSLA stress corrosion-resistant steel, the marine HSLA stress corrosion-resistant steel has an increase of more than 50% in stress corrosion resistance in a simulated SO2 polluted marine atmospheric environment. Microalloying of one element is carried out to improve properties of a rust layer on a surface of a HSLA steel in a marine environment and reduce a electrochemical activity in a local microenvironment to inhibit the anodic dissolution. Microalloying of another element is carried out to reduce a cathodic hydrogen evolution, to increase a hydrogen trap density and to decrease a multiplicative hydrogen diffusion channel density as well as enhance a hydrogen resistance of a structure to inhibit the hydrogen embrittlement.
