Abstract: In some examples, a fluid system includes a support structure to attach a fluid dispensing device comprising a fluid chamber to contain a fluid, and an orifice to dispense the fluid from the fluid chamber. The fluid system includes a circulation path comprising a path portion in the fluid dispensing device, the circulation path to circulate a fluid flow through the fluid chamber to remove, from the fluid chamber, a particle ingested through the orifice. A filter in the circulation path is to remove the particle from the circulation path.

Abstract: Described herein are compositions, methods, and systems for printing metal three-dimensional objects. In an example, described is a method of printing a three-dimensional object comprising: (i) depositing a metal powder build material, wherein the metal powder build material has an average particle size of from about 10 μm to about 250 μm; (ii) selectively applying a binder fluid on at least a portion of the metal powder build material, wherein the binder fluid comprises an aqueous liquid vehicle and latex polymer particles dispersed in the aqueous liquid vehicle; (iii) heating the selectively applied binder fluid on the metal powder build material to a temperature of from about 40° C. to about 180° C.; and (iv) repeating (i), (ii), and (iii) at least one time to form the three-dimensional object.

Abstract: The present application provides a three-dimensional object printing method and device, and a three-dimensional printing material, where the printing method includes: forming a powder material layer by using a powder material, where the powder material layer includes a molding area and a non-molding area; spraying a first liquid material and a second liquid material at a first ratio in the molding area of the powder material layer according to layer printing data, where the second liquid material promotes a polymerization reaction of the first liquid material to form a layer solid portion of a three-dimensional object; and spraying the first liquid material and the second liquid material at a second ratio in the non-molding area of the powder material layer according to the layer printing data to form a layer protective portion of the three-dimensional object, where the first ratio is greater than the second ratio.

Abstract: A processing system is provided with: a support apparatus that is configured to support a processing target; a processing apparatus that performs an additive processing by irradiating a processed area on the processing target with an energy beam and by supplying materials to an area that is irradiated with the energy beam; and a position change apparatus that changes a positional relationship between the support apparatus and an irradiation area of the energy beam from the processing apparatus, wherein the processing system forms a fiducial build object by performing the additive processing on at least one of a first area that is a part of the support apparatus and a second area that is a part of the processing target, and the processing system controls at least one of the processing apparatus and the position change apparatus by using an information relating to the fiducial build object.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for the formation of three-dimensional objects. A method for forming a three-dimensional object may comprise alternately and sequentially applying a stream comprising a binding substance to an area of a layer of powder material in a powder bed, and generating at least one perimeter of the three-dimensional object in the area. The stream may be applied in accordance with a model design of the three-dimensional object. The at least one perimeter may generated in accordance with the model design.

Abstract: A process includes forming a printed article having an external surface and at least one microfeature with an internal surface by additive manufacture, coating the external surface and the internal surface of the printed article with a metallic microlayer to form a coated article, and densifying the coated article to form a component. After formation, the printed article has a porosity such that the printed article is not at full density. A densified component includes a printed article having an external surface and at least one microfeature with an internal surface and a metallic microlayer coating the external surface and the internal surface of the printed article. The printed article is formed by additive manufacture.
