Abstract:
A rubbing pad-dispensing tool comprising a tubular body for holding by hand, the tubular body having an interior arranged for containing a stack of rubbing pads and a pad-dispensing orifice positioned on a first end thereof; the pad-dispensing orifice having an end cap closure therefor, and in which the exterior of the end cap closure is provided with a planar pad-carrying area arranged such that in use, the rubbing pads may be brought one at a time into carried contact therewith.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to compositions including humectant, colorant, matting agent, pH modifier, film forming agent, rheology modifier, and adhesive, as well as methods of producing such compositions and using such compositions for cosmetics especially adapted for use as eyeliners.
Abstract:
A skincare pad-based application system and method utilizes a container containing individually packaged skincare products contained on disposable pads and arranged in a time-based order of intended use. The physical arrangement of the various products in the container or other packaging material simplifies application and increases the likelihood that products will be applied correctly and for maximum effect.
Abstract:
Provided is a cosmetic sheet formed from nanofiber that is obtained by preparing a spinning solution that is formed by dissolving a water-soluble polymer material together with a functional material in a solvent of water or alcohol, and electrospinning the spinning solution wherein the nanofiber has a controlled dissolution velocity and has fine pores. The water-soluble nanofiber layer can control a dissolution velocity by moisture or mist through crosslinking. The attached cosmetic sheet is a soluble melt-type such that the cosmetic sheet is naturally melted and absorbed into the skin, thereby being used in everyday life without having to be removed separately, and having excellent thin and adhesive properties.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a laminated pad that is used to apply a fluid, liquid or a colloidal substance in a controlled manner onto a surface, wherein the pad comprises a top and bottom layer between which top and bottom layer at least one layer is arranged, a utility layer being arranged on an outside of the bottom layer, the top layer, at least one layer, bottom layer and utility layer being connected to form a closed storage chamber for a substance that is to be contained in the pad, where at least a part of the top and bottom layer outside and around the closed storage chamber is cut off in order to create a soft edge around the periphery of the pad, where a hinged layer, the at least one layer and the utility layer are connected around their outer edges to form a laminated pad.
Abstract:
Nail polish remover strips are pre-sized for toe or fingernails and applied to a painted or artificial nail and left thereon for a predetermined period of time to dissolve the nail polish and/or nail bonding agent. Preferably a color change occurs to depict the appropriate dwelling time to dissolve the nail polish. Certain embodiments include odor reducing components. Preferably the strips are layered composites having an exterior odor impervious material, a layer of encapsulated acetone or nail polish removing agent, an absorbent layer, and a peelable backing, with the strips being curved to accommodate contact with a person's nail.

Abstract:
A skin-covering sheet for impregnation with a cosmetic preparation according to the present invention includes a non-woven fabric in which a splittable conjugate fiber containing at least two components as viewed in fiber cross-section, namely a polyethylene component and another polymer component, and a hydrophilic fiber are blended, and hydroentangled. The conjugate fiber is partially split and includes a polyethylene ultrafine fiber having a fineness of 0.6 dtex or less. A face mask according to the present invention includes the skin-covering sheet for impregnation with a cosmetic preparation impregnated with 500 to 2000 mass % of a liquid containing a cosmetic preparation. It is therefore possible to obtain a skin-covering sheet for impregnation with a cosmetic preparation and a face mask that have good impregnating ability of a cosmetic liquid into the sheet layer, cause very little irritation to the skin, and are soft in texture.
Abstract:
A method for depositing an amount of a heat meltable at room temperature non flowable semi-solid lip product (8) on an applicator having a flexible sheet-like support (1) with a lip product area (4) having an interconnected open channel structure, formed by channel forming elements (6), said area (4) having a circumferential raised edge (7), the method including depositing the amount of lip product in the lip product area (4), filling the lip product area (4) incompletely and/or non uniformly, subjecting the lip product (8) to a heat treatment to heat all of it to above the melting point thereof, such that the lip product (8) flows into the channel structure filling the lip product area (4) substantially complete and uniform, and cooling the assembly of applicator and lip product (8).
Abstract:
An efficiency enhancing device for replaceable cosmetic skincare pads includes a main body with a containing space, a motor installed in the main body, a driving platform installed at the top end of the main body and electrically connected to the motor and having first ribs on a surface of the driving platform, a propping platform installed at a position corresponding to the driving platform and having bumps formed on a side corresponding to the first ribs, such that the driving platform can be driven by the motor to drive the propping platform to move up and down, and a carrying platform disposed above the propping platform for installing the skincare pad. The carrying platform moves up and down by the propping platform and the driving platform to touch a user's skin.
