Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for performing, at a server, a stack trace of an application at a predetermined interval to generate a plurality of stack traces, where each stack trace of the plurality of stack traces is from a different point in time based on the predetermined interval. The stack trace is performed when the application is operating normally and when the application has had a failure. The plurality of stack traces stored are indexed by timestamp. The server may determine a state of the application based on at least one of the plurality of stack traces. The server may condense data for at least one of the plurality of stack traces that are indexed using predetermined failure scenarios for the application. The server may generate a report based on the condensed data and the state of the application, and may transmit the report for display.

Abstract: A system and related processing methodologies for recommending a product based on a work order are described. The system receives an input case description, including a current repair item and a current work type. Historical work orders associating a plurality of products with repair items and work types are searched for a co-occurrence of the repair item matching the current repair item, and the work type matching the current work type. Upon finding a match, the product associated with the match is added to a set of candidate products for the current work order. A similarity measure between the candidate product and current work order description, a current work type category, and popularity of the candidate product is generated and then used in the generation of a probability score for the candidate product and current work order. If the probability score meets a threshold, the candidate product is recommended.

The user interface may receive shareable user commentary regarding the tabular data. The stored tabular data may be editable by users of the database system. The social network feed may be updated to comprise notifications of edits to the tabular data.

Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) oversight may be added to a multiparty engagement, such as a conference between devices having user interfaces. The AI may apply visual indicators, e.g., informational elements, recommendations, or other data, on one or more user interface. Visual indicators assist with presenting or participating in a conference. Visual indicators may highlight, e.g., AI-determined attributes of participants in the conference. Attributes may be derived physiological characteristics of participants, such as mood, apparent interest, paying attention, as well as AI-derived data from analyzing data sources, such as data about the participant, past engagements, time zone, name/title and other information to facilitate interaction with the participant. The AI may also review data for past deals, resume, project plans, social media, customer relationship manager data, and the like and develop models to allow it to monitor a conference and provide recommendations to facilitate conference goals.
