Abstract: Disclosed are a training data generation method and apparatus for an artificial intelligence visual analysis model. The training data generation method includes: (a) receiving a background image and object-related information; (b) generating a target object image that meets a condition based on the object-related information; (c) applying the background image to a depth estimation model to estimate depths of each pixel location and generate a depth map; (d) determining an insertion location and scale at which the target object image is inserted based on the depth map to generate a local object insertion image and a mask image, respectively; (e) simply synthesizing the local object insertion image and the background image and then generating a synthesis image reflecting a scale feature of the background image through a trained multi-scale visual analysis model; and (f) generating a final training image using the background image, the synthesis image, and the mask image.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for estimating blood pressure from photoplethysmography (PPG) signals. The blood pressure estimation method using the CFR model according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that it comprises the steps of extracting a plurality of blood flow characteristics from PPG signals for training, calculating systolic and diastolic blood pressures from ambulatory blood pressures for training, labeling the systolic and diastolic blood pressures with the plurality of blood flow characteristics to train a cascade forest regression model, and inputting the PPG signals of a target user into the trained cascade forest regression model to determine the systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the target user.

Abstract: A neural waveform distinguishment apparatus includes: a neural waveform obtainment unit that obtains multiple neural waveforms in a pre-designated manner from neural signals sensed by way of at least one electrode; a preprocessing unit that obtains multiple gradient waveforms by calculating pointwise slopes in each of the neural waveforms; a feature extraction unit comprising an encoder ensemble composed of multiple encoders, which have a pattern estimation method learned beforehand and include different numbers of hidden layers, where the feature extraction unit obtains multiple codes as multiple features extracted by the encoders respectively from the gradient waveforms and concatenates the codes extracted by the encoders respectively to extract a feature ensemble for each of the gradient waveforms; and a clustering unit that distinguishes the neural waveforms corresponding respectively to the gradient waveforms by clustering the feature ensembles extracted respectively in correspondence to the gradient waveforms according to a pre-designated clustering technique.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing cultured meat by utilizing a fetal bovine serum (FBS) substitute derived from butchery by-products and, more specifically, to: a method for preparing a medium additive (an FBS substitute) for culturing cultured meat prepared by the method; a medium composition for culturing cultured meat comprising the additive; and a method for preparing cultured meat by using same. By using the medium additive (the FBS substitute) for culturing cultured meat prepared by the unique method of the present invention, the traditional fetal bovine serum (FBS), which has a high unit cost and the ethical issue of having to be collected from live calves, is completely substituted or jointly used, and thus the amount of fetal bovine serum (FBS) use can be reduced and the product efficiency of the cultured meat can be enhanced. Further, by increasing the utilization of slaughter by-products which are inevitably generated during butchering of livestock for producing meat, the present invention provides the advantages of increasing the value of the butchery by-products and increasing economic advantages such as reduced disposal costs and increased incomes.
