    Abstract: This application relates to a battery test system and a battery test method. The battery test system according to an embodiment comprises: an extrusion apparatus configured to be disposed on a first surface of a battery; and a pressure apparatus, disposed above the extrusion apparatus, where the pressure apparatus is configured to apply a predetermined force to the battery in predetermined duration through the extrusion apparatus. The battery test system and the battery test method provided in this application are able to more reasonably evaluate the safety of the soft package battery and identify the risk caused by the defect of the soft package battery.

    Abstract: A method for enhancing battery cycle performance. The method is applied in a battery and includes: charging, at a first stage, the battery at a first-stage current until reaching a first-stage voltage; and charging, at a second stage, the battery at a second-stage current until reaching a second-stage voltage. The second-stage voltage is greater than the first-stage voltage, and the second-stage current is less than the first-stage current. The battery includes an electrolytic solution containing an organic solvent. The organic solvent includes a chain carboxylate compound. A weight percent of the chain carboxylate compound in the organic solvent is 10% to 70%. This application further provides an electronic device. The method can enhance high-temperature cycle and storage performance of the battery.

    Abstract: An electrode assembly includes an electrode plate and an embedded tab provided on the electrode plate. A spinning layer is provided on a surface of the electrode plate, the spinning layer covers the surface of the electrode plate and is in contact with the surface of the electrode plate, and the surface of the electrode plate includes a surface of the tab. The spinning layer replaces a conventional separator, and the spinning layer and the electrode plate are integrated as a whole. Especially in a battery structure with the embedded tabs, because the spinning layer is able to isolate metal burrs. The spinning layer replaces the green glue originally affixed on the tab region, thereby eliminating the glue affixed on the tab region.

    Abstract: A battery including a housing assembly, an electrode assembly, and a conductive assembly. The housing assembly includes a first housing fixed on a second housing. The second housing is provided with a cavity and includes a bottom plate. The electrode assembly is disposed in the cavity. The bottom plate contains an elastic portion protruding toward the first housing. The electrode assembly includes a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate stacked together. A surface of the first electrode plate facing back from a center of the electrode assembly contains a first blank foil region uncoated with a first active material and electrically connected to the conductive assembly.     Abstract: An electrolyte including a dinitrile compound, a trinitrile compound, and propyl propionate. Based on the total weight of the electrolyte, the content X of the nitrile compound and the content Y of the trinitrile compound meet the conditions represented by Formula (1) and Formula (2): {about 2 wt %≤(X+Y)≤about 11 wt % . . . (1), about 0.1≤(X/Y)≤about 8 . . . (2)}. The electrolyte further includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a cyclic carbonate ester having a carbon-carbon double bond, a fluorinated chain carbonate ester, a fluorinated cyclic carbonate ester, and a compound having a sulfur-oxygen double bond. The electrolyte is capable of effectively inhibiting the increase in DC internal resistance of an electrochemical device so that the electrochemical device has excellent cycle and storage performance.

    Abstract: An electrochemical device includes an electrode assembly. The electrode assembly includes a positive electrode plate. The positive electrode plate includes a positive current collector and a positive active material layer disposed on the positive current collector. The positive active material layer includes a positive active material and graphene. At least a part of the graphene is disposed on surfaces of particles of the positive active material. The technical solution of this application not only increases a compacted density of the positive active material layer and an energy density of the electrochemical device, but also reduces polarization and increases charging speed of the electrochemical device.
