    摘要: Electrically conductive polymer compositions are provided. The compositions are dispersed in an aqueous liquid medium having an oxygen content less than 10% of the saturated level. The compositions can be an electrically conductive polymer doped with a fluorinated acid polymer, an electrically conductive polymer in admixture with a fluorinated acid polymer, or mixtures thereof. The conductive polymer composition has a conductivity that changes by less than 10% in 30 days.

    摘要: The present invention relates to electrically conductive polymer compositions, and their use in organic electronic devices. The electrically conductive polymer compositions include an intrinsically conductive polymer having at least one monomer unit derived from Formula I: where: Q=N, CR5 X=N, CR6 Z=NH, S, O, Se, Te R1 through R4 can be H, F, Cl, C1-C24 alkyl, C2-C24 alkenyl, aryl, C1-C10 alkoxy, C1-C10 alkylseleno, C1-C10 alkylthio, C1-C10 alkylsilyl, NH2, or C1-C10 dialkylamino, where adjacent R groups can join together to form a 5- or 6-membered aliphatic or aromatic rings, with the proviso that at least one of R1 through R4 is NH2, and at least one of R1 through R6 is H, and. R5 and R6 can be H, C1-C24 alkyl, C2-C24 alkenyl, and aryl. The electrically conducting polymer is doped with a non-fluorinated acid polymer.

    摘要: There is provided a transparent conductor including conductive nanoparticles and at least one of (a) a fluorinated acid polymer and (b) a semiconductive polymer doped with a fluorinated acid polymer. The nanoparticles are carbon nanoparticles, metal nanoparticles, or combinations thereof. The carbon and metal nanoparticles are selected from nanotubes, fullerenes, and nanofibers. The acid polymers are fluorinated or highly fluorinated and have acidic groups including carboxylic acid groups, sulfonic acid groups, sulfonimide groups, phosphoric acid groups, phosphonic acid groups, and combinations thereof. The semiconductive polymers comprise homopolymers and copolymers derived from monomers selected from substituted and unsubstituted thiophenes, pyrroles, anilines, and cyclic heteroaromatics, and combinations of those. The compositions may be used in organic electronic devices (OLEDs).
