According to the scaffolding material for stem cell culture, the scaffolding material can have suitable hydrophilicity and strength, high fixation of stem cells after seeding, and highly efficient cell proliferation.

摘要: Disclosed herein are processes for producing polyurethanes including mixing (a) polyisocyanate, (b) polymeric compounds having isocyanate-reactive groups, (c) optionally catalysts, (d) polymeric amines of general formula H2N—W-NR-[W-NR]l-[Q-NR]m-[S—NR]n-W-NH2 and optionally (e) blowing agents, (f) chain extenders and/or crosslinking agents and (g) auxiliaries and/or additives to form a reaction mixture and reacting the reaction mixture to afford the polyurethane where the polydispersity of the polymeric amines (d) is at least 1.2. Further disclosed herein are a polyurethane produced by the process, a method of using such a polyurethane in enclosed spaces and a composition including (b) polymeric compounds having isocyanate-reactive groups, (c) catalysts and (d) polymeric amines of general formula H2N—W-NR-[W-NR]l-[Q-NR]m-[S—NR]n-W-NH2 and blowing agents including water, where the polydispersity of the polymeric amines (d) is at least 1.2.

摘要: Microcapsules encapsulating oily core materials have a shell material of hybrid polyurea and poly(beta-amino esters) (PU/PBAE). The microcapsules may have a single shell of hybrid PU/PBAE, dual shells including hybrid PU/PBAE in an inner shell and PBAE in an outer shell crosslinked and deposited to the inner shell, or multiple shells including PU in an inner shell, hybrid PU/PBAE in a transitioning shell, and PBAE in an outer shell. Formation of the microcapsules includes polymerization between multifunctional amine and multifunctional acrylate to produce a water soluble PBAE; polymerization between polyisocyanate in oil phase and multifunctional amine in aqueous solution to produce PU microcapsule, polymerization between polyisocyanate and the amine moiety of PBAE prepolymer to produce hybrid PU/PBAE microcapsule wall; and polymerization between multifunctional acrylate and primary or secondary amine moiety of the PBAE prepolymer to form a PBAE outer shell.

摘要: A composition of matter includes macroparticles comprising particles of one or more continuous phase matrix materials and functionalized microparticles contained at least partially in the one or more matrix material. A method of manufacturing includes producing macroparticles comprising a continuous phase thermoset matrix material mixed with a thermal initiator, depositing a layer of the matrix material onto a powder bed, applying a focused heat source to the layer of matrix material to selectively cure portions of the layer, repeating the depositing and applying until a final shape is formed, and removing uncured powder from the final shape.

摘要: The present invention relates to preparation of heterogeneous mixtures of (carboxylated) vinyl ester/ethylene dispersions, such as vinyl acetate/ethylene (VAE) dispersions with polyamideamine-epichlorohydrin (PAE) wet strength resins having a reduced amount of halogenated organic compounds, such as less than 1500 ppm. The dispersion offers extremely low free and bound formaldehyde levels combined with wet tensile strength for use in non-woven textile and paper applications.
