    Abstract: A fingerprint detection device includes: a substrate having a first surface and a second surface on an opposite side of the first surface, the first surface serving as a detection surface configured to detect unevenness of an object in contact or in proximity; a detection electrode provided on the second surface side of the substrate and configured to detect unevenness of a finger in contact or in proximity on the basis of an electrostatic capacitance change; and a drive circuit provided on the second surface side of the substrate and configured to supply a drive signal to the detection electrode.

    Abstract: To reduce disturbances in display of images due to static electricity without deteriorating optical properties in a display. The display includes a conductive pattern provided on the upper surface of the substrate, a protection layer provided on the upper surface of the substrate to cover the conductive pattern, and a conductive layer provided on the protection layer. The sheet resistance of the conductive pattern is not more than 8 Ω/square. A ratio of the total sum of areas of portions of the plurality of sub-pixels that overlap the conductive pattern in a plan view to the total sum of the areas of the plurality of sub-pixels is 1 to 22%. A sheet resistance of the conductive layer is higher than the sheet resistance of the conductive pattern.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a sensor-equipped display device includes a display panel, a detection electrode, a conductive member arranged at intervals from the display panel and the detection electrode, and controller. In a first sense period, the controller drives a common electrode of the display panel or the detection electrode and extracts input position data from the detection electrode.     Abstract: A first substrate includes a gate line extending in a first direction, a source line extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, a switching element which is connected to the gate line and the source line, and a pixel electrode which is connected to the switching element. The first substrate includes a common electrode which is opposed to the pixel electrode, and a detection electrode element necessary for sensing a state of closeness of a conductor brought externally, that extends parallel to the common electrode and is formed of a metallic material. By this structure, power consumption of a drive electrode of an input sensor can be reduced, and improvement of a drive frequency can be obtained.
