    摘要: Provided herein is a method for efficiently producing a hybridoma producing a specific antibody using an artificial lymph node.The method for producing an antigen-specific monoclonal antibody, comprising the following steps of: (a) immunizing a nonhuman animal with an antigen and then transplanting a polymeric biomaterial containing a stromal cell that produces a cytokine into the immunized nonhuman animal, thereby causing the nonhuman animal to form an artificial lymph node; (b) collecting the artificial lymph node formed in step (a) and then transplanting the artificial lymph node into a nonhuman immunodeficient animal; (c) immunizing the nonhuman immunodeficient animal into which the artificial lymph node is transplanted in step (b) with the antigen of step (a) above; (d) collecting a splenocyte from the nonhuman immunodeficient animal immunized in step (c); and (e) fusing the splenocyte collected in step (d) with a myeloma cell to form an antibody-producing hybridoma.
