A method for transmitting, by a first relay user equipment (UE), signals by considering interferences in a further enhancement D2D (FeD2D) environment comprises the steps of: calculating, by the first relay UE, a distance to a virtual remote user equipment (UE) located on a straight line between the first relay UE and a second relay UE; determining an allowable interference intensity for the virtual remote UE, on the basis of a predetermined target signal to interference and noise ratio (SINR) value for the virtual remote UE and an intensity of a received signal from the second relay UE of the virtual remote UE; determining a transmission power on the basis of the allowable interference intensity and the calculated distance; and comparing the determined transmission power with a minimum transmission power that satisfies the target SINR, wherein the virtual remote UE may be located at a threshold of a target range of the second relay UE.

The present invention provides a method for a vehicle-to-X (V2X) operation performed by means of a V2X UE in a wireless communication system, the method characterized by: determining whether or not another communication is being performed on V2X resources on which V2X communication is being performed; and performing the V2X communication on the basis of the determination, wherein a terminal drops the transmission for the V2X communication during the determining of whether or not another communication is being performed on the V2X resources on which the V2X communication is being performed.

A method for resolving, by a mobile device, resource collision in a V2X communication environment may comprise the steps of: determining whether resource collision has occurred in a specific resource selected by a plurality of adjacent mobile devices; and, if it is determined that resource collision has occurred, transmitting information on the result of the determination to the plurality of adjacent mobile devices.

A method and apparatus for a user equipment (UE) performing a random access to a network are disclosed. For this end, the UE selects a first carrier for the random access among multiple carriers, and transmits a first random access preamble for a first random access procedure via the first carrier to the network. Then, the UE applies backoff time to the first carrier and reselects a second carrier for the first random access procedure among the multiple carriers, when the first random access procedure is determined as not successful; and transmits a second random access preamble via the second carrier to the network. Here, reselecting the second carrier is performed before the backoff time applied to the first carrier ends.

The present invention discloses a method for reducing interference in a wireless communication system supporting D2D communication and an apparatus for the method. More specifically, in a wireless communication system supporting Device-to-Device (D2D) communication, a method for reducing interference in D2D communication comprises receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a D2D signal; determining, by the UE, whether interference is generated from resources in which the D2D signal has been transmitted; and in case it is determined that interference is generated from the resources in which the D2D signal has been transmitted, transmitting, by the UE, interference resource information for indicating that interference has been generated from the resources in which the D2D signal has been transmitted.

An embodiment relates to an operation method of a transmission (TX) UE related to sidelink DRX in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps in which: the TX UE establishes a PC5 connection with a reception (RX) UE; the TX UE receives a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) including resource allocation information from a base station; and the TX UE transmits a sidelink signal through a resource based on the resource allocation information to the RX UE, wherein the TX UE performs initial transmission by using a resource related to retransmission on the basis that a resource related to the initial transmission does not overlap with an active time of the RX UE.

Proposed are a method by which a first device carries out wireless communication, and an apparatus supporting same. The first device may establish a PC5-RRC connection with a second device. For example, the first device may acquire a DRX configuration including information related to a Uu DRX timer. For example, a time during which the DRX retransmission timer is running may be a time included in an active time of the first device. For example, the first device may initiate the Uu DRX timer. For example, an SL-specific MAC reset for the PC5-RRC connection with the second device is requested, and the initiated Uu DRX timer may stop on the basis that the initiated Uu DRX timer is running.
