    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for detecting radio link failure (RLF) and user equipment (UE). The UE is configured with multiples pairs of beams, each pair of beams comprising a transmitting beam used by a base station (BS) to transmit a signal and a corresponding receiving beam used by the UE to receive the signal. The method includes: in a lower layer, measuring the quality of a reference signal received through a receiving beam in each pair of beams and transmitted by a BS using a transmitting beam corresponding to the receiving beam, to serve as the channel quality for the multiple transmitting beams included in the multiple pairs of beams; determining whether the channel quality for the multiple transmitting beams meets a first condition; if so, transmitting to an upper layer an Out-Of-Sync (OOS) indication information, such that the upper layer determines if, according to the OOS indication information, RLF has occurred. As such, the present invention enables detection of RLF in a multi-beam scenario.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a HARQ-ACK feedback method, a HARQ-ACK extraction method, a base station, and a user equipment. The Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest ACKnowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback method is performed by a base station, and used to feed back corresponding HARQ-ACKs to a plurality of user equipments. The method includes: generating, by employing a plurality of HARQ-ACKs corresponding to the plurality of user equipments, at least one piece of downlink control information, where for each user equipment, an implicit mapping relationship exists between the user equipment and one or more information bits of the downlink control information; and transmitting to the plurality of user equipments the downlink control information.

A user terminal (20) according to an example of the present invention provides a user terminal to connect with a plurality of radio base stations including at least a first radio base station and a second radio base station, and this user terminal has a PH report generating section (411) that calculates the PH (Power Headroom) of each radio base station and generates PH reports, and a transmission section (203) that transmits either the PUSCH (Physical Uplink Shared Channel) bandwidth of the first radio base station, a PH report per resource block, or information about the transmission power density, and a PH report for the first radio base station, to the second radio base station.

A receiving section that receives downlink control information and downlink data which are transmitted in a DL burst period, and a control section that controls transmission of a delivery acknowledgment signal in response to the downlink data, based on the result of UL listening, are provided, and, when a UL burst is configured in the DL burst period, the control section exerts control to transmit the delivery acknowledgment signal in response to the downlink data by using at least one of the UL burst, a UL transmission period, where UL transmission is commanded outside the DL burst period and a UL burst which is configured in another DL burst period following the DL burst period, based on a reception timing of the downlink data.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a user terminal and a radio communication method, whereby data communication processes can be performed adequately even when downlink control channels that are different from those of existing LTE systems are configured.     Abstract: A terminal is disclosed that includes a receiver that receives first downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling initial transmission and second DCI for scheduling retransmission and a processor that controls transmission of a first uplink (UL) shared channel that is scheduled by the first DCI and transmission of a second UL shared channel that is scheduled by the second DCI. The processor also controls transmission of the second UL shared channel in response to information included in each of the first DCI and the second DCI that indicates whether the UL shared channel includes initially transmitted data.
