    Abstract: In order that a user can perform a random access procedure suitable for a case where a usage band is limited to a frequency block that is a part of a system band, a user terminal according to one aspect of the present invention is a user terminal with a usage band limited to a frequency block that is a part of a system band, including a transmission section that transmits a random access signal with repetition, a reception section that receives a response signal to the random access signal with repetition, and a control section that detects a repetition number of the response signal, in which the reception section receives information for detection of the repetition number of the response signal and the control section detects the repetition number of the response signal based on a repetition level of the random access signal and the information for detection.

    Abstract: The present invention is designed to reduce the decrease of uplink throughput in the event a user terminal connects with a plurality of radio base stations. A user terminal (20) according to an example of the present invention provides a user terminal to connect with a plurality of radio base stations including at least a first radio base station and a second radio base station, and this user terminal has a PH report generating section (411) that calculates the PH (Power Headroom) of each radio base station and generates PH reports, and a transmission section (203) that transmits either the PUSCH (Physical Uplink Shared Channel) bandwidth of the first radio base station, a PH report per resource block, or information about the transmission power density, and a PH report for the first radio base station, to the second radio base station.

    Abstract: In switching a radio base station (SeNB) from a radio base station (SeNB#1) to a radio base station (SeNB#2) in an “Inter-node UP aggregation”, forwarding of new downlink data destined for a mobile station (UE) from a radio base station (MeNB) to the radio base station (SeNB#2) is quickly started. A mobile communication method according to the present invention includes: sending, by the mobile station UE, the radio base station (MeNB) a “New data delivery request” that requests forwarding of new downlink data destined for the mobile station (UE) to the radio base station (SeNB#2) , in response to an “SeNB change command”; and forwarding, by the radio base station MeNB, the new downlink data destined for the mobile station (UE) to the radio base station (SeNB#2) , in response to the “New data delivery request”.

    Abstract: A base station in a network system includes: a transmission unit configured to transmit a first reference signal to a terminal via a first non-terrestrial communication device; and a reception unit configured to receive information related to a reception timing at the terminal from the terminal. The transmission unit transmits information related to a propagation delay of the first reference signal and information related to the reception timing to LMF (Location Management Function), and the information related to the reception timing is a time difference between a reception timing of the first reference signal and a reception timing of a second reference signal that is transmitted from the base station or from a second base station that is different from the base station via a second non-terrestrial communication device.
