The receiving device includes a receiving unit to receive the signal, a receiving channel selecting unit to allow the frequency component corresponding to the transmitting channel to pass through while the signal attempts to pass therethrough, and a data restoring unit to extract the impulse from the signal to restore the send data item according to the extracted impulse.
