Abstract:
A sprinkling gun structure including a main body having two ends respectively formed with a water inlet and an adaptation hole. An assembling tunnel is transversely formed through the main body between the water inlet and the adaptation hole to communicate therewith. The sprinkling gun further includes an adjustment member, a controlling member having a water-checking section and a water intake, and a water-guiding member having a watertight sleeve fitted on bottom end of the water-guiding member. The controlling member is fitted in the assembling tunnel and rotationally drivable by the adjustment member. When driven, the water-checking section of the controlling member is rotated to cooperate with the watertight sleeve so as to shut off/turn on and micro-adjust the water flow.
Abstract:
A manual spray head can be connected with a flexible hose line by means of a coupling that has a ball-and-socket joint inserted between the manual spray head and the hose line. This arrangement not only increases the mobility and flexibility between the manual spray head and the flexible hose line, but also permits twisting of the manual spray head relative to the hose line without fear of unscrewing the screw-type connection or similar coupling provided between the manual spray head and the hose line.
Abstract:
A high pressure rotary nozzle having a rotating shaft operating within a fixed housing wherein the of axial force which acts upon the shaft due to the fluid pressure at the shaft inlet is balanced by allowing passage of a small amount of the pressurized fluid to be bled to an area or chamber between the outside of the opposite end of the shaft and the inside of the housing where the fluid pressure can act axially in an opposing direction upon the shaft to balance the axial inlet force. The balance of axial forces is self-regulating by controlling escape of the fluid through a tapered or frusto-conical region between the shaft and housing. This further provides a fluid bearing between the two surfaces and allows use of interchangeable rotating jet heads having jet orifices which can be oriented in virtually any desirable configuration including axially forward of the nozzle.

The present invention is an adjustable shower saddle that connects a water supply to a shower. The saddle has: an anchor for attaching to the water supply, the anchor having an inner contour for attaching to the water supply and an outer contour that corresponds to a multi-dimensional range of motion that may be taken by the saddle, and a conduit for conducting fluid; a bracket that has an outlet, a second conduit attaching to the outlet and, an interior surface conforming to the shape of said outer contour of said anchor; and, a lock member having a third conduit for conducting fluid from said first conduit to said second conduit, wherein the lock member attaches the bracket to the anchor.
Abstract:
A fluid sprayer includes a rigid fluid conduit with a conduit side wall extending along a conduit axis between open first and second conduit ends. The conduit side wall defines a fluid passage extending between the open first and second ends. A spray nozzle with a fluid-expulsion bore is connected to the second conduit end such that it can pivot about a nozzle-pivot axis that extends orthogonally to the conduit axis and such that fluid introduced into the first conduit end is expelled through the fluid-expulsion bore. A nozzle actuator is attached to the conduit for bi-directional rotation about an actuator-rotation axis having a component of spatial extension perpendicular to the conduit axis. The nozzle actuator and nozzle are mechanically linked so that rotation of the actuator causes the nozzle to pivot with respect to the conduit axis. A spray-angle selector rotates in tandem with the nozzle actuator and includes an angle-selection surface. A selector stop, with a base portion fixed relative to the fluid conduit, cooperatively engages the angle-selection surface to define a plurality of angular nozzle positions and provide resistance opposing pivotal movement out of each angular nozzle position.
Abstract:
A positionable mister assembly comprises at least one nozzle structured to disperse an amount of fluid delivered from a fluid supply in the form of a mist. The positionable mister assembly includes a primary positioning portion comprising a conduit member and being structured to interconnect to a fluid supply. A secondary positioning portion is disposed in a fluid communicating relation with the primary positioning portion wherein the secondary positioning portion includes a mister supply member to which the at least one nozzle is mounted. The positionable mister assembly also includes a support portion structured to support at least the primary positioning portion in a plurality of operative orientations. In at least one embodiment the primary positioning portion, secondary positioning portion, and support portion of the positionable mister assembly are structured to be selectively interconnected to one another, allowing for a variety of configurations of the positionable mister assembly.
Abstract:
An improvement to a roadside sprayer fixates spray nozzles on a registration plate. The registration plate may include integral tabs depending on the application. Inclination of the tabs is adjustable to place streams and droplets in a desired swath coverage. With the nozzles rigidly mounted onto the plate, the entire plate is nutated. The use of the registration plate in a spray unit creates a uniform nutation among the nozzles, thereby reducing variability in droplet placement, and providing a more predictable spray from the nozzles. In other embodiments, the spray unit is utilized in a spray system adaptable to service vehicles, and may be utilized in conjunction with a vegetation engagement device, such as a cutter to engage multiple zones of a roadway right-of-way. Additionally, an improved spray unit includes an electromagnetic field and an attractor to generate plate motion.
Abstract:
The invention provides an actuator apparatus which may be used to adjust flow of fluid or air in conjunction with a rack and pinion system. The device is able to rotate both vertically and horizontally via a mechanism that transforms axial movement into rotary movement. The device is useful in a range of circumstances where required specific and controllable rotary motion is required.
Abstract:
The present invention includes a swinging switching structure of outlet device fixed below a shower body, a water-dividing body sealed and fixed above an outlet device; said water-dividing body having at least two water-dividing bores so as to connect to the water cavities with different function of said outlet device having a movable switching device in the shower, and by the co-operation of shower and water-supply pipe-joint, when flapped, the shower will swing and inclined, then the movable switching device will control the water to spray out through different bores of water-diving body, thus achieving the switching of function. This water switching function of the shower is more efficient and flexible.
