Abstract: A wireless device may receive system information block 1 (SIB1) message of a cell. The SIB1 message may indicate a plurality of configuration parameters comprising a common uplink configuration of an uplink bandwidth part (BWP). The common uplink configuration of the uplink BWP may comprise: a common random access channel (RACH) configuration, a threshold for determining whether to select a resource associated with a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble repetition number, and a second RACH configuration associated with feature combination. The second RACH configuration may indicate the PRACH preamble repetition number. The wireless device may determine, based on the threshold and based on the PRACH preamble repetition number, a repetition number for PRACH preamble transmission, and repeatedly transmit, based on the determined repetition number, a PRACH preamble of a random access procedure associated with the second RACH configuration.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for supporting XR services is provided. The method of a terminal includes receiving from a base station a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message, wherein the RRC message comprises a set of parameters for Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP), establishing a PDCP entity based on the set of parameters for PDCP, receiving from the base station a PDCP discard report, delivering, from a PDCP entity to an upper layer, a first set of PDCP SDUs based on the PDCP discard report, updating a first state variable and starting, based on the PDCP discard report, a reordering timer in case that the first state variable is smaller than a second state variable. The first state variable indicates COUNT value of first PDCP SDU not delivered from the PDCP entity to the upper layer. The second state variable indicates COUNT value of the next PDCP SDU expected to be received. A second set of PDCP SDUs are delivered from the PDCP entity to the upper layer in case that the reordering timer expires.
