Abstract: An uplink transmission power determining method and a user equipment are provided. A user equipment determines a transmission situation of at least one of: a PUCCH, a PUSCH, and an SRS on another cell except a secondary cell in a subframe corresponding to a preamble to be transmitted on the secondary cell, so that the user equipment can determine an uplink transmission power of the user equipment according to the determined transmission situation, thereby solving a problem that it is not provided in the prior art that how a user equipment determines an uplink transmission power of the user equipment when random access is executed through a secondary cell.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for receiving a service from a wireless network device. A terminal device receives frequency band information of N frequency ranges of a cell, and receives characteristic information of radio interface technologies respectively supported in each of the N frequency ranges. N is greater than or equal to 2, and a first radio interface technology is supported in a first frequency range of the N frequency ranges. The terminal device also receives information of a correspondence between a data radio bearer (DRB) and the first radio interface technology. The terminal device receives the service on the DRB within the first frequency range using the first radio interface technology. The characteristic information of radio interface technologies respectively supported in each of the N frequency ranges includes frame structure information.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for transmitting broadcast-multicast single-frequency network measurement data, where second measurement data is acquired by preprocessing acquired first measurement data, and the second measurement data is sent to a base station. Because the second measurement data is obtained after the first measurement data is preprocessed, a size of the second measurement data is smaller than that of the first measurement data, thereby reducing a transmission overhead.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, an apparatus, and a system for transmitting control information. The method includes: determining enhanced resource element group numbers in resource blocks, and determining, according to the resource element group numbers, positions of resource elements corresponding to enhanced resource element groups; interleaving the enhanced resource element group numbers, and determining an enhanced control channel element; determining, according to the enhanced control channel element and the positions of the resource elements corresponding to the enhanced resource element groups, positions of resource elements corresponding to the enhanced control channel element; and transmitting corresponding control information on the positions of the resource elements corresponding to the control channel element. The present invention alleviates a problem that channel frequency diversity is poor, and lowers the probability of loss of information of a terminal device.

Abstract: A physical downlink control channel transmission method is provided, and the method is used by a wireless network device to send N signal sets, where each signal set is used to transmit control information of one or more terminals, a signal in the signal set includes a PDCCH or a PDCCH and a PCFICH. The method includes: sending, by the wireless network device, each signal set to the terminal on a resource that can be occupied by the signal set, where the wireless network device performs sending processing on each signal set, and the sending processing includes at least one of multiplexing, scrambling, modulation, interleaving, or resource mapping. Interference between signal sets may be canceled, PCFICH and PDCCH transmission reliability may be improved, and the terminal receives the PCFICH and the PDCCH on a resource of a received signal set, to reduce complexity of detecting a signal by the terminal.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method for transmitting a pilot signal, a method for receiving a pilot signal, a base station, and a user equipment. Abstract: A signal transmission method and apparatus are provided. The signal transmission method provided in embodiments of the present invention includes: determining a modulation type of service data that needs to be transmitted, where the modulation type includes hierarchical modulation and non-hierarchical modulation; modulating, by means of the hierarchical modulation when it is determined that the modulation type is the hierarchical modulation, the service data that needs to be transmitted, and sending a modulated hierarchical modulation signal to UE; and sending modulation configuration information to the UE, where the modulation configuration information includes information used to indicate the modulation type.
