Abstract: This disclosure discloses a network slice and network slice subnet management method. In the method, a performance assurance policy of a network slice is determined, so that an NSMF device executes the performance assurance policy of the network slice, to implement performance assurance. In addition, a performance monitoring policy of the network slice may also be determined, so that the NSMF device performs performance monitoring on the network slice according to the performance monitoring policy of the network slice, to learn of a running status of the network slice. In addition, the NSMF device may execute the performance assurance policy of the network slice based on a performance monitoring result. This is also similar for a network slice subnet.

Abstract: A cable assembly, a signal transmission structure, and an electronic device are provided. The signal transmission structure includes a circuit board (2), a chip (1), and a cable assembly (3). The chip (1) is assembled on one side of the circuit board (2), and the cable assembly (3) is assembled on the other side of the circuit board (2). The cable assembly (3) includes a cable (31), and the circuit board (2) includes a plurality of conductive holes (22). The chip (1) is electrically connected to the cable (31) of the cable assembly (3) by using the conductive hole (22), to transmit a signal of the chip (1) by using the cable (31). In this technical solution, wires do not need to be disposed in a large area inside the circuit board (2).

Abstract: A wireless communication method, a terminal device, and a network device are provided. The mobility management method includes: receiving, by user equipment UE in a connected state, a handover-free UE identifier from a network device, where the handover-free UE identifier is used to uniquely identify the UE in a handover-free state in a handover-free area, and the handover-free area includes at least two cells; entering, by the UE, the handover-free state after meeting an activation condition, where in the handover-free state, the UE stores the handover-free UE identifier and a connection context that is of the UE in the connected state, and the UE does not execute a handover procedure when the UE moves in the handover-free area; sending, by the UE, the handover-free UE identifier to the network device after the UE determines that a deactivation condition is met.

Abstract: Example methods for processing a system message and network devices are described herein. One example method includes obtaining, by a user terminal, indication information, wherein the indication information indicates that a system message of a cell cluster has changed or whether a system message of a cell cluster has changed, wherein the cell cluster comprises a set of at least one cell. The user terminal can then determine whether currently used information about the cell cluster needs to be updated. In some instances, obtaining the indication information comprises obtaining a system information update message. In those instances, determining whether currently used information about the cell cluster needs to be updated can include updating the currently used information about the cell cluster or updating a system message of a cell in the currently used cell cluster based on the indication information in the system information update message.

Abstract: A method includes: sending, by a first network device, a first configuration message to a terminal device, where the first configuration message is used to instruct the terminal device to configure a second ciphering/deciphering function associated with a second network device and share a first data packet numbering/reordering function, and the terminal device is configured with the first data packet numbering/reordering function and a first ciphering/deciphering function associated with the first network device; and receiving, by the first network device, a first configuration complete message sent by the terminal device. In this embodiment, the first configuration message is used so that the terminal device may configure the function associated with the second network device. Therefore, during handover, the terminal device may simultaneously perform data transmission with the second network device and the first network device, to reduce or avoid a service interruption time caused by handover.
