摘要: A receiver base receives from below a front end portion of a label that is fed forward from a folded-back portion of an release paper and droops forward, so that the label is held in a predetermined forwardly and downwardly inclined posture. In a process of separating and feeding the label in such a state where part of a rear end of the label is joined and held onto the release paper, a suction head having a downward suction surface that is inclined forward and downward is brought closer to a top surface of the label being separated so as to suck the label.

摘要: A collection bobbin is provided on a vertical line that travels a center of a supply bobbin. A pair of connection mechanisms is provided at front both sides of a tape housing chamber. An adhesive tape transport carriage with connection portions at a forward end of a carriage frame is connected to the connection mechanisms in the apparatus body. Loading of a master roll of an adhesive tape to the supply bobbin and unloading of a roll of a residual cut tape may be performed at the same position.

摘要: A wafer holding table that suction-holds a wafer of a mount frame moves downward below a frame holding table when a joining roller passes over an exposed portion of an adhesive tape between the wafer W and the ring frame f. Here, the exposed portion of the adhesive tape inclines obliquely downward, thereby joining the adhesive tape to the mount frame.

摘要: A management computer collects, from a storage subsystem via a management network, path definition information including the contents of a security setting made to a path accessible to a volume in the storage subsystem, and when the volume in the storage subsystem is an original volume having a replica volume, replica definition information of the original volume. Based on the replica configuration information thus collected from the storage subsystem, the replica relationship between the volumes is to be grasped. Then, based on the path definition information also collected from the storage subsystem, the contents of the path security setting are verified for the volumes under the same replica relationship, and the verification result is output. In such a structure, consistency verification can be easily done for the security setting of the original and replica volumes.

摘要: A wafer has an annular ridge formed along an outer periphery thereof to serve as a reinforcing portion, and a circuit pattern surrounded with the reinforcing portion. The wafer is placed on a wafer placement plane of a holding stage in a state that the circuit pattern is directed downward. The wafer placement plane is larger in size than the wafer. On the holding stage, a center of the wafer is aligned with a center of the holding stage in such a manner that a plurality of guide pins are engaged with relevant cutout portions formed on the reinforcing portion. Then, the holding stage rotates while suction-holding the reinforcing portion of the wafer, and simultaneously a photosensor detects a portion for alignment formed on the outer periphery of the wafer.

摘要: A SAN manager acquires configuration information from devices constituting a SAN and produces a corresponding relationship between a host computer and a virtual volume (virtual volume mapping) and a corresponding relationship between the host computer and a real volume (real volume mapping). Based on those pieces of mapping information, the SAN manager outputs a corresponding relationship between virtual and real volumes. Meanwhile, the failure notification messages received from the in-SAN devices are construed to detect and output an influence of the failure upon the access to a real or virtual volume. Furthermore, when receiving a plurality of failure notifications from the devices connected to the SAN, the plurality of failure notifications are outputted with an association based on the corresponding relationship between real and virtual volumes.

摘要: A management computer monitors an allocated capacity of a source virtual volume and an allocated capacity of a virtual pool having a storage area allocated to a destination virtual volume in a storage, judges whether the allocated capacity of the source virtual volume can be covered in the virtual pool or not, and informs the user of a result that data migration fails when the allocated capacity of the source virtual volume cannot be covered. When the allocated capacity of the source virtual volume cannot be covered, the management computer uses another storage area to increase the capacity of the virtual pool. Accordingly, when data migration is performed between the virtual volumes, capacities of physical areas allocated to the source virtual volume and the destination virtual volume can be grasped so that the data migration can be performed accurately between the source virtual volume and the destination virtual volume.
