    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive configuration information that configures measurement of multiple candidate cells associated with a layer 1/layer 2 triggered mobility procedure. The UE may perform measurements associated with the multiple candidate cells based at least in part on the configuration information. The UE may transmit a layer 1 measurement report that reports the measurements associated with the multiple candidate cells based at least in part on differential reporting. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for providing power control parameters for channels and/or reference signals sharing a same common transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media for a user equipment (UE) to perform layer 1 (L1) measurements of a candidate cell for an L1/L2 mobility procedure. The UE receives, from a current serving cell, a configuration of a channel state information (CSI) reference signal (RS) measurement resource for L1 measurements of a candidate cell.     Abstract: A network node may transmit an RRC message to a UE. The RRC message may include a configuration of a plurality of TCI states. The network node may transmit one or more MAC-CEs to the UE. The one or more MAC-CEs may include a configuration of a plurality of codepoints. Each codepoint in the plurality of codepoints may be associated with one or more TRPs in a plurality of TRPs of the network node. The plurality of codepoints may be associated with at least one first TCI state for an uplink communication and at least one second TCI state for a downlink communication. The network node may transmit a single DCI message to the UE. The single DCI message may be indicative of at least one codepoint in the plurality of codepoints. The network node may communicate with the UE based on the at least one codepoint.
