    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a receiver may determine that a quantity of a first plurality of radio link layer (RLC) protocol data unit (PDU) packets, received from a transmitter, satisfies a first quantity threshold. The receiver may perform a decoding attempt for the first plurality of RLC PDU packets based at least in part on the determination. The receiver may transmit, to the transmitter, an RLC layer feedback report for the first plurality of RLC PDU packets. The RLC layer feedback report may be based at least in part on the decoding attempt. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a base station and/or UE. The apparatus can calculate a number of coded bits based on a number of downlink control information (DCI) information bits. The apparatus can also determine an amount of one or more code blocks (CBs) in DCI based on at least one of the number of coded bits or the number of DCI information bits, each of the one or more CBs including a plurality of the coded bits. Moreover, the apparatus can transmit a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) including the DCI, wherein the DCI includes at least one of the one or more CBs or one or more coded blocks. The apparatus can also encode the one or more CBs in the DCI based on the determined amount of one or more CBs.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to signaling in frame-based equipment (FBE) mode for channel occupancy time (COT) sharing. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, in association with an FBE mode, a message associated with a designation of the UE for either COT sharing or non-COT sharing. The UE may detect whether there is an initial signal at a boundary of a time frame for COT and sleep, monitor, or communicate during the time frame, based at least in part on the designation and the detecting.
