摘要: The apparatus of wireless communication is a UE. The UE out of coverage of any base station may operate in a VLP mode and set a signal transmission power to a first power level. The UE may detect and connect to a base station, switch the power mode of UE based on a power mode of the base station connected by the UE, and switch the signal transmission power from the first power level to the second power level greater than the first power level. When the UE detects equal to or more than two base stations, the UE may select the base station from the equal to or more than two base stations detected based on a condition and connect to the base station selected from the two detected base stations.

摘要: A method of wireless communication, by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving downlink semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configurations. The method also includes receiving a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmission for each of the plurality of SPS configurations. Each PDSCH transmission has no associated physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The method further includes determining whether successful decoding of each of the PDSCH transmissions occurred. The method further includes generating a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) codebook for the PDSCH transmissions based on the determining. The method also includes transmitting the HARQ codebook in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) only when at least one ACK is present in the HARQ codebook.

Moreover, the apparatus can transmit a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) including the DCI, wherein the DCI includes at least one of the one or more CBs or one or more coded blocks. The apparatus can also encode the one or more CBs in the DCI based on the determined amount of one or more CBs.

The device may identify an adjusted bit index set for the polar code based at least in part on the IR-HARQ scheme. The device may transmit (or receive), for each transmission of the information bit vector, a respective subset of encoded bits generated by mapping the information bit vector to a set of polarized bit channels of the polar code in accordance with the bit index set.

In some systems, abase station may transmit multiple related downlink control information (DCI) transmissions to a user equipment (UE). The base station may transmit a first DCI in a control resource set (CORESET) and may transmit the second DCI in a configured physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) occasion. The UE may determine the payload and the location of the second DCI for receiving the second DCI based on control signaling from the base station or based on the first DCI, or both. Accordingly, the UE may receive the first DCI and the second DCI and may transmit an uplink transmission to the base station in accordance with the first DCI and the second DCI.
