    Abstract: A communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT) may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes: receiving downlink data and/or downlink control signaling from a base station; determining uplink data and/or uplink control signaling, an uplink time unit and/or an uplink physical channel for transmitting the uplink data and/or the uplink control signaling based on the downlink data and/or the downlink control signaling; and transmitting the uplink data and/or uplink control signaling to the base station on the determined uplink time unit and/or uplink physical channel.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates beyond 4th generation (4G) communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). A method performed by the terminal in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes receiving downlink signal including at least one of downlink data or downlink control information (DCI), determining an uplink signal to be transmitted based on the downlink signal, determining at least one of a time unit or an uplink physical channel for transmitting the uplink signal, the uplink physical channel including at least one of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH), and transmitting the uplink signal in the determined at least one of the time unit or the uplink physical channel.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present application propose a method for determining a signal transmission occasion, including: acquiring configuration information of a transmission resource of an uplink signal; determining, based on the configuration information, a resource occasion where the uplink signal is transmitted; initiating a Listen Before Talk (LBT) operation before the resource occasion; determining whether the LBT operation is successful; transmitting the uplink signal at the resource occasion if the LBT operation is successful; and determining a next resource occasion where the uplink signal can be transmitted based on the configuration information if the LBT operation fails. The embodiments of the present application further propose corresponding device and computer storage medium.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for transmitting data, including: sensing, by a first device, a scheduling assignment (SA) of another device; measuring a received power of the other device, and measuring a total received energy of a subframe/subband; determining a received power reference value and a total received energy reference value of the other device according to the SA; selecting resources; and transmitting data using the selected resources. According to the method of the present disclosure, the performance of the method which avoids collision based on SA is improved, and measurement accuracy of the total received energy of the subband is increased. Thus, resource selection/re-selection can be performed better. As such, interferences between devices can be avoided effectively.

The method of the present invention may support a method for determining the HARQ-ACK codebook while multiple PUCCH resources and multiple slot lengths.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method performed at a first UE and a corresponding first UE.     Abstract: Provided are a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT), with a transmission and receipt processing method and device for time-frequency synchronization between V2X terminals. When a synchronization signal to be transmitted is identical to a synchronization signal of an existing D2D terminal, time-frequency resources configured for the D2D terminal in a cell are reused to transmit the synchronization signal. When synchronization signal to be transmitted is different from a synchronization signal of an existing D2D terminal, reconfigured time-frequency resources are used to transmit the synchronization signal. The synchronization signal transmitted by a V2X terminal indicates a corresponding synchronization source type by using a value of an SLSS sequence index and/or a value of a PSBCH specified field.
