Abstract: Provided are a data processing method and device. The data processing method includes: performing Polar code encoding on an input bit sequence having a length of K bits to obtain an encoded bit sequence having a length of N bits, and determining a bit sequence to be transmitted from the encoded bit sequence according to a data characteristic of an information bit sequence and a predetermined rate matching scheme. K is a positive integer and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to K.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for receiving Channel Quality Indication (CQI) information, as well as a method and an apparatus for transmitting CQI information. The method for receiving CQI information includes: transmitting a higher layer configuration signaling message to a terminal; and receiving CQI information from the terminal. The CQI information is determined based on a CQI table obtained based on the higher layer configuration signaling message. With the above solutions, higher data transmission reliability and lower data transmission rate required for MTC terminals with coverage enhancement and 5G terminals can be achieved.

Abstract: Provided are a method, a device, and a system for determining transmission information. The method includes determining, by a first node, transmission information according to a predetermined information combination in downlink control information, DCI, transmitted by a second node. The predetermined information combination includes one of the following: a combination of a modulation-coding-scheme indicator domain IMCS and a number of allocated sub-carriers, and a combination of a resource-unit, RU, number indicator domain and a number of allocated sub-carriers.

A reference information block length of a code block is determined according to an obtained division related parameter. Abstract: A transmitting method for HARQ information comprising: a first node detecting N transmission blocks received from a second node and generating M bits of HARQ information according to the detection result; the M bits of HARQ information being used to indicate the receiving status of the N transmission blocks; there being M2 bits among the M bits, for indicating the positions of k erroneous transmission blocks in the N transmission blocks, M2≤M; the length type of M2 including a first length type or a second length type; the first length type indicating that the value for M2 is predefined, and the second length type indicating that the value for M2 is determined based on k; and the first node transmitting the HARQ information to the second node. The above technical solution does not require strong correlation for the channel, and can conserve transmission resources and improve system throughput while reducing the HARQ information feedback overhead.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for data processing with structured LDPC codes. The method includes: obtaining a code block size for structured LDPC coding; determining a coding expansion factor z based on at least one of the code block size, a parameter kb of a basic check matrix, a positive integer value p or the basic check matrix having mb rows and nb columns; and encoding a data sequence to be encoded, or decoding a data sequence to be decoded, based on the basic check matrix and the coding expansion factor. The present disclosure is capable of solving the problem in the related art associated with low flexibility in data processing with LDPC coding and improving the flexibility in data processing with LDPC coding.

The method includes: a first transmission node sends data signal(s) for first transmission to a second transmission node, wherein the data signal(s) including data of at least one Transmission Block (TB), the TB including K Code Blocks (CBs), and the K CBs being divided into P CB sets; the first transmission node performs packet coding on M CB sets in the P CB sets to obtain S check CB sets; and the first transmission node generates data signal(s) for retransmission and sends the data signal(s) to the second transmission node, the data signal(s) for retransmission at least including Q bits in the check CB sets when a preset condition is met. The embodiments of the present disclosure may effectively reduce resources for retransmission under the condition of not increasing an amount of feedback information.
