The power management system further includes a DC/DC converter for adjusting the first output voltage and the second output voltage by adjusting a duty cycle of the DC/DC converter and an error generator for controlling the duty cycle based on the first error signal. If the first output voltage is lower than the first voltage reference, the error generator reduces the duty cycle and a charging current of the battery based on the first error signal.

The steps are repeated by eliminating the top processor from a previous cycle and assigning a new top processor if there is no problem with the reconfigurable communication system.

A power converter receives input power from the bridge rectifier and provides output power to the LED light source. The control terminal generates a control signal to adjust the output power according to the switch monitoring signal so as to control dimming of the LED light source.
