    摘要: An electrical current transducer is disclosed which includes a primary conductor bar for carrying the current to be measured, a magnetic core having a magnetic circuit gap, a magnetic field sensor having a magnetic field detector positioned in the magnetic circuit gap, and an insulating housing surrounding the magnetic core and magnetic field sensor. The primary conductor bar has connection terminal ends extending outside of the housing configured for connection to an external primary conductor. The primary conductor bar has a core passage section comprising a fuse portion configured for interruption of the primary conductor if a predefined electrical current is exceeded. The core passage section has a reduced width (W1) in comparison to the connection terminal ends extending outside of the housing thereby providing indents within which at least a portion of the magnetic core is positioned such that a central passage of the magnetic core has a width (W3) less than the width (W2) of the primary conductor connection ends.

    摘要: A shunt resistance-type current sensor is provided, in which a voltage detection terminal electrically connects a busbar and a circuit board. The voltage detection terminal may include a first extension piece that extends from a side edge of the busbar away from the circuit board. The voltage detection terminal may include a second extension piece that extends from the first extension piece in a direction toward the circuit board. The circuit board may be electrically connected to the busbar via a connection portion extending from the second extension piece. In one example, the connection portion may extend through the circuit board. Additionally, an intermediate portion may be disposed between and connect the first extension piece and the second extension piece such that a surface of the intermediate portion faces a surface of the circuit board.

The apparatus includes a resistor having a current carrying member disposed between a terminal of the battery and the harness, a circuit board provided thereon with a current detection circuit for detecting a current flowing through the resistor, and a casing having a recessed portion for accommodating the circuit board, a cover for closing an opening of the recessed portion. The circuit board includes a solder junction between the circuit board and a terminal protruding from an inside bottom of the recessed portion and passing through a through hole arranged on the circuit board, and an open end of the recessed portion that can be engaged with the cover is non-parallel to the circuit board so that at least a portion of the circuit board including the solder junction lies outside of the recessed portion.

    摘要: A battery inspection apparatus includes: a battery inspection table having a plurality of inspection units each for inspecting a rechargeable battery; and a controller that is provided separately from the battery inspection table and configured to control the battery inspection table. Each of the inspection units includes: a contactor for inspection configured to contact a corresponding battery; and a measurement circuit that is connected to the contactor and configured to generate an analog measured signal by measuring at least one of a current, voltage, and temperature, based on an input from the contactor. The battery inspection table has a control board mounted, the control board being configured to convert the analog measured signal generated by each of the inspection units into a digital signal to output to a common communication cable, and the communication cable connects the control board and the controller together.
