    摘要: A method controls a laundry washing machine (1) including: a casing (2), a washing tub (3) arranged within the casing (2), a rotatable laundry drum (4) which is mounted inside the washing tub (3) and is designed to contain laundry (10), a water-detergent supply system (5,6) designed to supply wash water and detergent into the washing tub (3), and a motor assembly to rotate the laundry drum (4). The method includes the steps of: performing a wash phase, in which a predetermined intermediate spin is performed in a standard way, or skipped, or performed in a modified way, based on one or more detected phase conditions; performing at least a rinse phase, in which a predetermined intermediate spin is performed in a standard way, or skipped, or performed in a modified way, based on one or more detected phase conditions; performing a detection of whether, in a previous wash phase or rinse phase, a predetermined intermediate spin was performed in a standard way, or skipped, or performed in a modified way and, based on the detection, performing a following rinse phase adapted to said detection and/or adding a rinse phase to be performed.

    摘要: Systems and methods for predicting and preventing a cabinet strike event in a washing machine appliance are provided. An exemplary method includes ramping a target speed of a motor from a first speed to a second speed over a ramping period. The method includes computing an average deviation of an observed speed of the motor from the target speed over the ramping period. The method includes computing an average power consumption by the motor over the ramping period. The method includes determining whether both the average deviation is greater than a first threshold value and the average power consumption is greater than a second threshold value. The method includes rebalancing the load if both the average deviation is greater than a first threshold value and the average power consumption is greater than a second threshold value. The method includes performing one or more standard operations if both conditions are not satisfied.

A method includes accelerating rotation of a basket about a central axis within a tub of the washing machine appliance from a first speed to a second speed greater than the first speed.     摘要: Integrated sensing device for sensing both the water level and the rotating unbalance in a washing machine. The sensing device includes a magnetic sensor coupled to the casing of the washing machine and a magnetic body coupled to the washing tub of the washing machine. The sensed magnetic force indicates a position of the washing tub relative to the casing. While the washing water is supplied, the weight of the washing water causes the washing tub to move to a lower position and thereby the sensed magnetic force decreases. The water supply is shut off once the magnetic force decreases to a first preset value. Moreover, during a spin-drying process, if the sensed magnetic field decreases to a second predetermined value which indicates presence of rotating unbalance, the rotation is stopped and a preliminary spin-drying process is initiated.
