    摘要: A mechano-chemical reactor comprising, driving means extended along one or more parallel axis, a mass made oscillating by the driving means along the direction of a vertical axis and an elastic system for a partial compensation of the inertial forces generated by the oscillating mass. The oscillating mass includes at least one restricted environment loaded with solid and/or liquid substances are loaded in order to be treated by the kinetic energy of milling bodies. The elastic system comprises flexible elements made of a titanium alloy which are either one-dimensional, i.e. a plurality of rectilinear parallel rods, or bi-dimensional, i.e. at least a polygonal plate having two sides parallel to the axis of the driving means. In rest conditions the flexible elements are extended substantially perpendicular to the direction of the oscillations of the mass.

    摘要: To provide a mill that can greatly reduce noise during operation and can also contribute to greater device compactness. The mill is provided with: a tubular drum body configured in a manner so that a material to be milled introduced from one section can be discharged from another section; a central shaft that penetrates within the drum body in the direction of tube length thereof; and a plurality of milling plates that are attached at a predetermined interval in the axial direction of the central shaft, and that compartmentalize the interior space of the drum body in to a plurality of milling chambers. The drum body and/or the milling plates rotate, and the mill does not have a milling medium that mills the material to be milled by contacting the material to be milled while rolling within the drum body.

    摘要: A lifting wall for a tube mill which has a discharge means with lifting vanes in order to transport the material being ground to discharge openings by the rotary movement of the tube mill. The lifting vanes are disposed obliquely with respect to the radial direction so that the material being ground slides promptly to the center where it is discharged through the discharge openings still below the horizontal longitudinal central plane of the tube mill. The lifting vanes are substantially flat and bent like blades in a region of the discharge openings.

The frame is provided with anchor holes. The holding device is made of a perforated plate held on the partition frame, and is perpendicular to the mill axis, the perforated plate being provided with anchor holes for the grates or backside plates, the holes being, for a given diameter, always identically positioned so that for the given diameter, the same grates or backside plates are always used irrespective of the shape of the partition frame.

    摘要: A tube mill comprises a coarse grinding compartment and two or three independent fine grinding compartments. Material fed into the mill is first ground by a coarse grinding compartment and then shunted into two or three portions which are conveyed into each corresponding fine grinding compartment. The mill of the invention has resolved the problems of overgrinding and unmatched grinding capability in each compartment of conventional tube mill, and increase output and decrease power consumption greately, so as to become a high eficiency mill. Further, the tube mill of the invention has the advantages of simple structure, ease for operation and low investment. It can be adapted for both reformation of prior tube mill and construction of new tube mill.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method of and apparatus for dry grinding a granular material in a grinding tube mill (1) having a final grinding compartment (2) and one or more preceding grinding compartments (3) containing grinding bodies. The material, after having passed through the preceding compartment or compartments (3), is discharged through openings (6) in the mill (1) and is divided into a fine and a coarse fraction in a separator (9). The coarse fraction is returned to the preceding compartment or compartments (3), and the fine fraction is fed to the final compartment (2). The ground material is discharged by flowing over a dam ring (12) from the final compartment (2). Any grinding bodies carried with the overflow are separated by a sieving diaphragm (13) from the material and returned to the final compartment (2). The invention also relates to the granular material ground according to the method of the invention.
