摘要： An applicator device comprising a casing, a storage compartment for a product to be applied, an application element comprising a ball held rotatably in a ball holder, a sealing element which is displaceable along a predetermined path between a first position with respect to the casing in which it bears sealingly against the ball and a second position with respect to the casing in which it releases the ball for application of the product, and an increased pressure-producing device for producing an increased pressure in the storage compartment, wherein the sealing element is coupled in a predetermined portion of the path to the increased pressure-producing device. The sealing element is independent of the increased pressure-producing device in a first portion of the path which is delimited by the first position.

摘要： A device for packaging and applying a cosmetic product includes a container having a sidewall of which one edge delineates an opening. An annular portion of the sidewall forms a seating designed to house an applicator ball, mounted freely in rotation inside the seating. An inner surface of the seating includes at least one annular sealing zone on which at least one annular portion of the applicator ball is designed to bear in a leaktight manner. A cap is designed to cover an applicator portion of the ball, with the cap incorporating a bearing structure which, in the mounted position of the cap on the container, presses the ball in a leaktight manner against said annular sealing zone.

摘要： A collapsible pen including a telescopically extensible barrel and a ballpoint refill cartridge having a ballpoint tip removably attached to the barrel. The pen further includes a ballpoint tip cap that releasably attaches to the refill cartridge. The extensible barrel includes an outer tubular member and at least two and most preferably three inner tubular members concentrically and coaxially mounted with respect to both the outer tubular member and to one another. Each inner tubular member has a smaller outer diameter than the overlying tubular members. The ballpoint tip cap, adapted for attachment to a key chain, is releasably attached to either the outer tubular member of the barrel or to the refill cartridge to cover the ballpoint tip. The pen has a fully extended length and a collapsed (retracted) length. With a barrel consisting of three inner tubular members, and the cap removed, the fully extended length of the pen is greater than twice the collapsed length of the pen.

摘要： In cosmetic dispensers for fluids, such as for example deodorants or antiperspirants comprising a bottle, a flow regulator in a housing mounted on the bottle and a cap rotatably mounted on the bottle or particularly onto the flow regulator housing, there is a risk that the housing can part from the bottle or be moved out of alignment by fitting or removal of the cap. This problem can be ameliorated or eliminated by employing a plurality of sets of anti-rotation elements at or adjacent to the mouth of the bottle around its periphery, each set comprising a peg and a socket. Preferably, the housing is bifurcated inward of the flow regulator, one wall extending within the bottle and the other wall extending out side the wall, and desirably the bottle wall is of reduced wall thickness in the overlap so that the exterior of the bottle surface and housing surface can be flush at their line of contact.

摘要： An illuminated writing implement has substantially tubular body and head portions. An electrically connected power source and light source are located in an interior of the head portion. A removable cap is provided on the top of the head portion. A display unit for displaying the time and date is located on an outer surface of the head portion. Switches are used to set the illumination mode of the light source and the time and date shown by the display unit. A beam of light produced by the light source shines through a lens at the bottom of the writing implement. A marking element has a tip which protrudes through a hole in the lens for writing or drawing. The brightness and focus of the beam of light are adjusted by rotating the head portion and a focusing ring on the body portion of the writing implement.
