摘要： A pencil device includes a body and a disposable cap. The disposable cap is selectively positionable so as to cover the first end of the body. The disposable cap includes a proximal end body portion having an opening, an opposite distal body portion having a storage cavity, and a built-in sharpener fixed between the proximal end body portion and the opposite distal body portion. The storage cavity is sealed for permanent storage of the shavings, A biasing member can be coupled to a side wall of the proximal end body portion configured to switch the disposable cap between a capping position and a sharpening position. Additional pressure is required to push the disposable cap from the capping position to the sharpening position. Upon release of the additional pressure, the disposable cap automatically returns to the capping position from the sharpening position.

Responses provided by the user can be determined using an optical reading apparatus.

摘要： A multi-color writing marker may comprise a tubular marker barrel connected to a motor housing. The marker barrel may house a cartridge removably coupled to a drive shaft connected to a motor. The cartridge may include a plurality of reservoirs containing writing liquids of different colors. A marker tip may be mounted on a distal end of the cartridge. The marker tip supports a plurality of marker nibs corresponding to the number of cartridge reservoirs. Each marker nib may be is in fluid communication with a corresponding reservoir. Actuation of the motor spins the cartridge and marker nibs while a user is simultaneous creating a design on the writing surface.

There may be a separate ink reservoir within the tubular housing for each cluster of openings.

摘要： The present invention provides a multi-colored pencil comprising a pencil lead embedded in a body made from toner powders of one or more colors, wherein the body is typically cylindrical in shape and made by compressing said toner powders against the lead. The pencil body preferably consists of two or more colors so that the colors are vertically separated. The pencil of the present invention, once sharpened, can be used to write and draw lines like any other pencil, but can also be used to draw colorful pictures using the different colors on the pencil body and the pencil lead. When new, the pencil can draw in different colors even without sharpening.
