Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for a signaling configuration of a sounding reference signal. The method includes: a base station notifying a user equipment to aperiodically send the sounding reference signal, and sending configuration information of aperiodically sending the sounding reference signal (SRS) down to the user equipment. The present invention also discloses a base station for a signaling configuration of a sounding reference signal and a user equipment for a signaling configuration of a sounding reference signal. The present invention can realize that the user equipment aperiodically sends the SRS, which improves the utilization ratio of SRS resources and increases the flexibility of resource scheduling.
Abstract:
The disclosure provides a method for transmitting uplink control signaling, which includes: respectively performing, on the uplink control signaling, channel coding, scrambling, modulation, time-domain spreading and precoding transform; or respectively performing, on the uplink control signaling, channel coding, scrambling, modulation, precoding transform and time-domain spreading; and mapping the uplink control signaling to an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbol used for bearing the uplink control signaling; and transmitting the uplink control signaling that is borne in the OFDM symbol. The disclosure also provides a method for bearing a demodulation reference signal during transmission of uplink control signaling, which includes: bearing the uplink demodulation reference signal in k OFDM symbols in a sub-frame. The disclosure also discloses apparatuses for respectively implementing the methods above. The technical solutions of the disclosure effectively solve the problem that the uplink control signaling is transmitted using a structure of Discrete Fourier Transform-spread-OFDM (DFT-s-OFDM).

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fiber optic telecommunication cabinet for use in fiber optic telecommunication networks. The fiber optic telecommunication cabinet comprises a base and a housing. The housing defines an internal cavity from an open first end that extends longitudinally to a closed second end. The base is configured for attachment to the open first end of the housing to provide an enclosed configuration. The base has a plurality of ports passing through the base to allow passage telecommunication cables into the fiber optic cabinet. A center support column extends from the base from the base. The fiber optic cabinet includes a plurality of patch panel frames disposed radially around the center support column and a patch cord management plate attached to the center support column above the plurality of patch panel frames.
Abstract:
A double gate metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) includes a fin, a first gate and a second gate. The first gate is formed on top of the fin. The second gate surrounds the fin and the first gate. In another implementation, a triple gate MOSFET includes a fin, a first gate, a second gate, and a third gate. The first gate is formed on top of the fin. The second gate is formed adjacent the fin. The third gate is formed adjacent the fin and opposite the second gate.
Abstract:
A detecting device for performing fatigue tests on a pivoting piece includes a clamping module and an actuating module. The clamping module clamps the pivoting piece. The actuating module includes an elastic actuating shaft abutting the clamping module and a resilient member mounted in the elastic actuating shaft. The resilient member is adapted to push forward against spring pressure and retract by the release of spring tension so as to achieve cyclic movements in the pivoting piece.

Lift-off method and half-tone photolithography are used to fabricate LCD TFT array plate. Only two photo masks are used to respectively define a first and a second metal layers to accomplish the LCD TFT array plate.
Abstract:
A terminal random access method for a cellular radio communications system and a method for generating a group identifier are provided. In the terminal random access method for a cellular radio communications system, random access preamble message is transmitted by a terminal to a base station in a random access time slot in a radio frame; location information of the random access time slot in the radio frame and that in the frequency domain are combined to generate a group identifier and sending a random access response message to the terminal after adding the group identifier and an individual identifier that corresponds to the random access preamble message to the random access response message by the base station; it is judged whether the random access response message that corresponds to the sent random access preamble message is received, by judging whether the group identifier and the individual identifier within the received random access response message are all expected values.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for transmitting reference signals comprising: during carrier aggregation, a user equipment sending physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) on one or more component carriers, and sending demodulation reference signals (DM RS) for the PUSCH on each section of bandwidth occupied by the PUSCH on each component carrier, wherein a DM RS sequence on a section of bandwidth is an independent sequence or part of an independent sequence and forms an independent sequence with DM RS sequences on multiple sections of bandwidth other than the section of bandwidth; the section of bandwidth is a section of continuous bandwidth occupied by the PUSCH on any component carrier, or is any of the multiple sections of bandwidth occupied by the PUSCH on any component carrier. The Present invention further provides a corresponding apparatus.
Abstract:
In the field of communications technologies, a method, an apparatus, and a system for publishing User Generated Content (UGC) onto a telecom system are provided, so that the barrier imposed on a Content Provider (CP) of the telecom system can be lowered and the UGC can be published onto a Service Delivery Platform (SDP) automatically to achieve the consumption value. The method includes: configuring policies for collecting the UGC; publishing the UGC onto an SDP of the telecom system when the UGC complies with the configured collection policies; and returning revenue sharing to author of the UGC after the published UGC generates consumption gains in the telecom system. A UGC publishing platform and a UGC publishing system are also provided.
