Abstract: Disclosed herein is a stent which is inserted into a blood vessel of a patient who has to periodically undergo hemodialysis. The stent includes a wire frame which has a hollow cylindrical structure, and a window which is formed in a predetermined portion of a circumferential surface of the wire frame. The window has no wire therein. In an embodiment, the stent may further a graft which covers the wire frame and the window. The present invention can solve problems not only of deformation of the stent graft which occurs when a hemodialysis needle is inserted into the stent in the conventional technique, but also of patient discomfort when having skin punctured high cost, thrombopoiesis, a risk of recurrence, etc.

Abstract: An ice detecting apparatus for a refrigerator having an ice maker includes an ice detecting sensor which determines whether or not an ice storage container which receives and stores ice made by the ice maker is full or nearly full of ice based on pulses transmitted from and received by transmitting and receiving units. The ice detecting sensor includes a transmitting unit to transmit one or more pulses and a receiving unit to detect the pulses transmitted from the transmitting unit. A controller is operably coupled to the transmitting and receiving units to determine whether the storage container is full or nearly full based on pulses detected by the receiving unit among one or more pulses transmitted by the transmitting unit. The controller also determines whether or not external light has been introduced into the ice maker based on the pulses detected by the receiving unit.

Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, a data driving part and a gate driving part. The display panel includes a first pixel row. The first pixel row includes a first pixel connected to an (n+1)-th gate line and an (m+1)-th data line (where ‘n’ and ‘m’ are natural numbers), and a second pixel connected to an n-th gate line and an (m+2)-th data line. The data driving part applies a data voltage having a first polarity with respect to a reference voltage to the (m+1)-th data line, and applies a data voltage having a second polarity with respect to the reference voltage to the (m+2)-th data line. The gate driving part sequentially applies a gate signal to the n-th gate line and the (n+1)-th gate line.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for preventing an anomaly of an application program are provided. More particularly, an apparatus and method for preventing an anomaly of an application program that detect and stop an anomaly on the basis of a behavior profile for an application program are provided. The apparatus includes a behavior monitor that detects behavior of an application program in operation, an anomaly detector that determines whether the detected behavior of the application program is an anomaly on the basis of a behavior profile of the application program in operation, and an anomaly stopper that stops the behavior of the application program determined as an anomaly by the anomaly detector. Possible application program behavior is stored according to its purpose in a behavior profile and an anomaly is detected and stopped on the basis of the behavior profile, thereby decreasing a false-positive rate of anomaly detection and simultaneously solving a problem of a conventional security programs being incapable of defending against attacks using the authority of a program trusted by a user.
