    Abstract: A spindle motor includes: a rotor; a rotating shaft whose one end is combined with the rotor; a sleeve bearing whose inner circumference rotatably supports the outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft, and on the outer circumferential surface of which at least one oil circulation recess is provided along the lengthy direction of the sleeve bearing; a bearing housing having a first recess accommodating the sleeve bearing and a second recess that supports the other end of the rotating shaft at a central portion of the first recess, and made of a resin; and a number of protrusions that are protrudingly formed at a gap radially spaced apart from each other around the rotating shaft so that a plurality of guide grooves through which oil passes are formed on the bottom of the first recess, and on which the bottom of the sleeve bearing is mounted.

    Abstract: Provided is a spindle motor having an electrostatic discharge (ESD) path that can stably discharge electric charges introduced from the outside to a rotating shaft through a base plate, in a structure of forming a bearing housing by using a resin and insert-molding the base plate. The spindle motor includes: a rotor to the central portion of which one end of a rotating shaft is coupled; a bearing that rotatably supports the rotating shaft; a bearing housing that accommodates the bearing in the inside of a groove and that is made of a resin; and a base plate whose inner circumferential portion is buried and combined in the inside of the bearing housing, wherein part of the base plate is in contact with the bearing to thus discharge externally introduced static electricity through the rotating shaft, bearing, and the base plate.

    Abstract: Provided is a driving device for a full automatic washing machine in which a clutch unit can stop rotation of a dehydration axis without having a particular brake unit, since the clutch unit is closely adhered to a first dehydration axis and a bushing when the rotation of the dehydration axis is controlled according to a wash or dehydration stroke in a full automatic washing machine. In addition, since a clutch coupler of the clutch unit moves at a wash or dehydration stroke in a driving device of a washing machine to thus be attached to and detached from a clutch gear which controls rotation of the first dehydration axis, and to thereby control a rotational force which is transferred to an inner tub, the washing machine is embodied to have a simple clutch coupling structure. Further, a double-rotor and a single-stator of a brushless direct-current (BLDC) motor which is applied to a driving device of a washing machine are insert-molded into a waterproof structure, to thus maximize a contact area of a bulk molding compound (BMC) molding material to thereby maximize durability.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus of performing cell re-search between heterogeneous networks is provided. A mobile terminal (MT) accesses to a high rate packet data (HRPD) network. The MT receives a first message from the HRPD network. The first message includes neighbor radio access technology (RAT) indicator which indicates whether neighbor RAT information used to perform inter-RAT measurement is transmitted from the HRPD network. The MT receives a second message from the HRPD network if the neighbor RAT indicator indicates the transmission of the neighbor RAT information. The second message includes the neighbor RAT information. The MT performs cell re-search on the basis of the neighbor RAT information.
