    Abstract: The invention relates to a ventilatable valve bag with a wall material (4) comprising at least one gas-permeable inner layer (6) that is impermeable to a filler material and at least one gas-impermeable outer layer (8) as well as two closing sides (10), a first closing side (10) being formed by closing the valve bag (2) and a second closing side (10) being arranged opposite the first closing side (10). An intermediate space (14) is formed between a part of the inner layer (6) defining an inner space (12) of the bag and the outer layer (8), and at least one ventilation channel (18) leading out of a wall material edge section (16) is arranged on at least one closing side (10) of the valve bag (2), between the inner layer (6) and the outer layer (8) of a wall material region, such that the intermediate space (14) can be ventilated to the surroundings.

    Abstract: A variable hue task lamp with novel hue selection component is disclosed herein. The color and intensity of a task lamp is adjusted using a wireless connection from a device such as a smart phone, tablet, or computing device based upon an optimization method using a sample text or scene. The user first optimizes hue by adjusting the background color of the sample text or picture on the device. The optimum hue is then communicated to the task light, which sets light emitting diode intensities to match the optimum choice. Presets further localize choices in color space, and a comparison to white verifies the benefits of the chosen hue.

    Abstract: A battery powered lighting device is configured to be attached to a lift bucket having sidewalls and an upper lip extending from uppermost portions of the sidewalls. The lighting device includes a main housing, a securing member, and a main light mounted to the main housing and located to illuminate areas outside of the lift bucket. The main housing includes a first securing surface includes a pair of planar portions spaced from each other by a concave portion. The planar portions are configured to engage a planar surface of a sidewall or the upper lip of the lift bucket. The concave portion is configured to engage a convex surface of a sidewall or the upper lip located at a corner of the lift bucket.

    Abstract: The Improved Salad Dressing Preparation and Storage Container is a food preparation device that allows for conveniently measuring, mixing, and dispensing of homemade vinaigrette salad dressing. The device uses two adjacent, adjoined compartments that are volumetrically proportioned to allow for the recommended ratio of oil and vinegar (acid) to be consistently achieved by filling them with oil and vinegar to the same apparent level. The Improved Salad Dressing Preparation and Storage Container may also be configured for commercial sale pre-filled with the oil and vinegar contents, those kept separated by sealing the adjoined compartments using an adapted seal. The pre-filled container may be designed and marketed for secondary use by consumers for use in making their own vinaigrette salad dressing recipes.
