    Abstract: A cosmetic material feeding-out container includes an outer tube, an inner tube disposed inside the outer tube, a cosmetic material container disposed in the inner tube with relatively moveable along a tube axial direction, an intermediate tube formed with a helical groove repeatedly on an inner circumferential face along a tube axial direction and disposed between the outer tube and the inner tube, an engagement member protruded from a portion of the cosmetic material container and engageable with the helical groove, and an operation unit including a knocking operation piece protruded from the outer tube and a rotating cam mechanism configured to rotate the intermediate tube in response to a knocking operation of the knocking operation piece, and the intermediate tube is configured to be rotated by the rotating cam mechanism to move the cosmetic material container along the tube axial direction.

    Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide an oil-in-oil cosmetic composition which is excellent in terms of transfer resistance after application, while having gloss, and which exhibits good spreadability when applied and enables the achievement of matte finish texture, while being prevented from the occurrence of a crack or the like and having excellent appearance stability. The present invention relates to an oil-in-oil cosmetic composition which is characterized by containing (a) from 5 to 80% by mass of a nonvolatile hydrocarbon oil and/or a nonvolatile ester oil, (b) from 1 to 70% by mass of a nonvolatile silicone oil and (c) from 3 to 13% by mass of a powder that has an average particle diameter of from 1 to 10 μm, and which is also characterized in that the nonvolatile hydrocarbon oil and/or the nonvolatile ester oil (a) and the nonvolatile silicone oil (b) are separated from each other when mixed at 25° C. It is preferable that the blending ratios (mass ratios) of the nonvolatile hydrocarbon oil and/or the nonvolatile ester oil (a) and the nonvolatile silicone oil (b) are set so that the value of (a)/((a)+(b)) is from 0.4 to 0.8.

    Abstract: This box assembling and packing system is provided: a first jig which is fixed at a predetermined position and against which a side part of a body of a packing box is thrust; a second jig which is fixed at a predetermined position and against which a flap part and a tuck part of the packing box are thrust; and a robot having two articulated arms. A first articulated arm of the two articulated arms holds and moves the packing box in a flatly collapsed form by a packing box holding mechanism, folds and raises the body of the flatly collapsed packing box into a rectangular tubular shape in cooperation with the first jig, and maintains the folded and raised body of the packing box in the rectangular tubular shape by a packing box rectangular tubular shape maintaining mechanism. The second articulated arm moves a folding member into contact with the flap part and the tuck part of the packing box being held by the packing box holding mechanism of the first articulated arm, forms each of a bottom and a lid of the packing box in cooperation with the second jig, and moves an object-to-be-packed being grasped by an object-to-be-packed grasping mechanism and inserts it into the body from an end portion at a timing between forming the bottom and forming the lid.

    Abstract: An objective of the invention is to provide a sunscreen cosmetic that, by blending an environmentally friendly and highly water-resistant powder component instead of microplastic beads or silica, can achieve high ultraviolet protection power even when a small amount of an ultraviolet protectant is used, that moreover has the property wherein, by coming into contact with water, perspiration or the like, the ultraviolet protection effects are increased even more than those directly after being applied, and that also has an excellent texture. The sunscreen cosmetic according to the present invention contains (A) an oil phase thickener, (B) an ultraviolet protectant, and (C) a wax powder having a volume-average particle size of 1 to 30 lam.

    Abstract: An objective of the invention is to provide a production method for a powdered solid cosmetic that, while having a texture similar to that in the case in which an elastic spherical powder is blended, also has excellent powder dispersibility and high impact resistance. The production method for a powdered solid cosmetic according to the present invention comprises a slurry preparation step of preparing a slurry by mixing a powder component and an oil-based component, as a binder, in a volatile solvent, wherein: the powder component includes a spherical powder, and the spherical powder contains (A) a non-elastic spherical powder having a crushing strength per particle of 30 MPa or higher; the oil-based component contains (B) a gel-type partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer; the (A) non-elastic spherical powder constitutes 6% to 25% by mass of the powdered solid cosmetic; and 90% by mass or more of the spherical powder contained in the powder component is constituted by the (A) non-elastic spherical powder.
