Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a UE (User Equipment). In one embodiment, the method includes the UE being configured with a control resource set (CORESET). The method further includes the UE receiving a Downlink Control Information (DCI) on the CORESET, wherein an index is included in the DCI and the index indicates a time domain resource allocation pattern. The method also includes the UE receiving data in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols determined according to the time domain resource allocation pattern, wherein a range of the time domain resource allocation pattern starts from the first OFDM symbol of the CORESET or after an offset from the first OFDM symbol of the CORESET, and the range of the time domain resource allocation pattern may end across a slot boundary.

Abstract: In an example, a device receives a first sidelink control information in a first sidelink Transmission Time Interval (TTI) in a sidelink resource pool. The first sidelink control information is indicative of a first sidelink resource in a second sidelink TTI. The device determines a conflict associated with the first sidelink resource. The device determines a transmission occasion for a first sidelink transmission with conflict information. The device determines a plurality of sidelink transmissions in the transmission occasion. The plurality of sidelink transmissions comprises a first set of sidelink transmissions with conflict information, and/or a second set of sidelink transmissions with sidelink Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) feedback. The first set of sidelink transmissions comprise the first sidelink transmission. The device determines one or more sidelink transmissions of the plurality of the sidelink transmissions. Determining the one or more sidelink transmissions may comprise prioritizing the second set of sidelink transmissions with HARQ feedback over the first set of sidelink transmissions with conflict information. The device performs the one or more sidelink transmissions in the transmission occasion.

A UE can receive a MAC CE for associating at least one TCI state with at least one code-point of a TCI field in a DCI, wherein the MAC CE comprises at least a first octet including a first TCI state ID field associated with a first TCI state and a first field indicating DL or UL for the first TCI state, a second octet including a second TCI state ID field associated with a second TCI state and a second field indicating DL or UL for the second TCI state, and a third octet including a third field for the UE to determine whether the first TCI state and the second TCI state are associated with a same code-point or different code-points of the TCI field.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a network. In one embodiment, the method includes the network transmitting a Semi-Persistent Scheduling (SPS) configuration to a User Equipment (UE) for configuring a second Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH). The method also includes the network transmitting a configuration to the UE for configuring a first monitoring occasion for a first Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) and a second monitoring occasion for a second PDCCH, wherein the second PDCCH is associated with the first PDCCH. The method further includes the network not allowing the first PDCCH and the second PDCCH to schedule the UE with a first PDSCH partially or fully overlapping with the second PDSCH in time domain, wherein a last symbol of a later monitoring occasion among the first and the second monitoring occasion ends less than a processing threshold before a starting symbol of the second PDSCH.

Various embodiments can comprise a first device performing sidelink communication to at least a second device, or a second device in a sidelink resource pool, and triggering to perform resource selection for a sidelink data at a timing, wherein the first device (already) receives or monitors sidelink control information for a (contiguous) time duration before the timing. The first device can perform sensing for a contiguous sensing duration after the timing, determine or select a first sidelink resource from a set of sidelink resources, and perform a first sidelink transmission on the first sidelink resource for transmitting the sidelink data to the second device.

The first device transmits sidelink data to a second device via a first resource of the first resources. The first device receives and/or detects a first signal, from the second device, indicative of a reception result associated with the sidelink data. The first device determines a second time and a frequency location based on the second information. The first device transmits a second signal to the base station via a second resource associated with the second time and the frequency location.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a device to perform sidelink communication. In one embodiment, the method includes the device receiving a sidelink grant from a network node, wherein the sidelink grant schedules or assigns multiple sidelink resources. The method further includes the device generating a data packet comprising or multiplexing sidelink data from Sidelink (SL) logical channel(s) with SL Hybrid Automatic Request (HARQ) feedback enabled. The method further includes the device performing two sidelink transmissions for the data packet on two adjacent, neighbor, or consecutive sidelink resources among the multiple sidelink resources if a time gap of the two adjacent, neighbor, or consecutive sidelink resources is larger than or equal to a minimum time gap. In addition, the method includes the device being allowed to drop, skip, or cancel a sidelink transmission on one sidelink resource of the two adjacent, neighbor, or consecutive sidelink resources among the multiple sidelink resources if the time gap of the two adjacent, neighbor, or consecutive sidelink resources is less than a minimum time gap.
