Present application provides a method for suppressing noise in a spectral Doppler system, comprising the steps of: obtaining a power spectrum of Doppler signals demodulated in the spectral Doppler system, by performing spectral analysis on the Doppler signals; estimating an average noise power of the spectral Doppler system; designing a noise suppression filter by determining its filter coefficients based on the power spectrum of the Doppler signals and the estimated average noise power; filtering the Doppler signals by using the designed noise suppression filter so as to reduce the noise.

There is disclosed a system and method for processing multi-modal collaboration. In an embodiment communication received from multiple modes are converted into a common format. Using various conversion modules, the communication may be converted into a common electronic text format (e.g. ASCII text) that contains keywords. Once the communication is converted into a common format, the information contained in the communication may be analyzed and consolidated into related areas or topics. The consolidated information may then be searched for common references in order to augment the information context.

The present invention sets forth a method for content responding, a method for content requesting, a content responder and a content requester. A content responder receives a first request from a content requester via a network. Then, the content responder generates a first content based on the first request. Then the content responder receives a second request from the content requester via the network. Then, the content responder generates a second content based on the second request. Next, the content responder compares the second content with the first content. After that, the content responder transmits a second response with regard to the second request to the content requester via the network. The second response is generated based on the result of comparison. According to the invention, if there is a very small difference between the first content and the second content, network bandwidth can be saved, the transmitting time of content will be reduced, and thus the waiting time of the user to view content will be reduced. The present invention is particular beneficial to the existing industries (for example, the banking industry) that adopt narrow band network widely.

This invention provides a novel process identification and control package for high performance. For process identification, a simple yet effective and robust identification method is presented using process step responses to give a continuous transfer function with time-delay without iteration. A new relay, called cascade relay, is devised to get more accurate and reliable points on the process frequency response. For controller tuning, the internal model principle is employed to design single-loop controller PID or high-order types with best achievable control performance. The process identification and control design parts can be easily integrated into control system auto-tuning package. Further, a general control scheme for disturbance rejection is given which can significantly improve disturbance rejection performance over conventional feedback systems with time delays. Practical issues such as noises, real-time implementation and tuning guidelines are also provided. The invention covers both open-loop and closed-loop testing, and single and multivariable cases.

The UE may adjust precoders or co-phase for different SRS transmissions over the one or more configured SRS resources. As such, the base station may indicate either co-phase information or uplink precoding information via an SRS resource indicator (SRI), and may transmit an explicit indication of the remaining co-phase information or uplink precoding information in addition to the SRI. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may identify a new transmission strategy for a downlink channel different from a current transmission strategy for the down link channel. The UE may transmit a channel state information (CSI) message that includes an indication of the new transmission strategy identified by the UE. In some examples, a base station may identify the new transmission strategy for the downlink channel. The base station may transmit a codebook subset restriction (CSR) indicator that includes an indication of the new transmission strategy identified by the base station. In some examples, the UE may modify its feedback strategy based on the new transmission strategy.
