Abstract: The invention relates to a collet chuck (1) for clamping a preferably cylindrical tool shank with a chuck body (2) of a collet (3) and an union nut (4), which are matched in such a way that the collet (3) can be driven into the chuck body (2) by tightening the union nut (4) such that it secures the tool shank in the collet chuck (1) ready for operation, wherein the collet (3) and the union nut (4) are permanently connected to one another and at the same time connected in a rotatable manner relative to one another.

Abstract: A shrink fit adapter for a collet chuck has a rear holding area that can be mounted inside a collet chuck and a front receiving area for holding a tool shank. A through opening runs from a front face of the receiving area to a rear face of the holding area. A clamping area extends into the rear holding area. Here, the adapter is formed with a plurality of slots, which extend radially outward from the through opening and are distributed over the circumference. The slots are arranged in a central area of the through opening and the front ends of the slots are spaced apart from the front face of the receiving area.

The invention furthermore relates to a method for inserting a tool as well as a device having a clamping arrangement for holding the tool.

Abstract: The induction coil unit for heating a component which is rotationally symmetrical relative to an axis, includes a plurality of coils arranged about the axis of the tool holder, with pole elements, which are movable radially with respect to the axis, of which pole elements each one consists of includes a stack of pole rods that can be moved relative to one another. A yoke ring connects the pole elements, which, when the coils are excited by alternating current in the tool holder, produce a magnetic flux running in the peripheral direction to inductively heat the tool holder. The pole rods of each pole element can be moved jointly by means of pinion rollers, wherein, however, slide couplings or the like are provided in the drive force transmission path between the individual pole rods so that the pole elements can adapt to different contours of the tool holder.

Abstract: According to the invention, for shrinking and expanding a tool in the bush part (3) of a tool holder, an induction coil unit (1), in which several polar parts (25) made of a soft magnetic material are radially adjusted in the yoke ring made of a soft magnetic material, is provided. Said polar parts have end faces (29) which are inclined in relation to the axis of rotation (7) of the bush part (3) and can be kept in a linear contact with a conical peripheral surface (31) of the bush part (3) which holds a the tool (11) in a press fit manner. In order to avoid possible local overheating of the bush part (3), the area (39) of the end face (29) parallel to the axis is connected on the output side of the tool to an area (33) of the end face (29) inclined in relation to the axis of rotation (7).

Abstract: The invention provides a clamping system (1) for a rotary tool (70), for example a milling cutter or drill. The clamping system (1) includes a base element (10), a collet (30) and a clamping nut (50), said clamping nut (50) friction-locking the rotary tool (70) within the base element (10) with the collet (30). In order to avoid a relative rotation of the base element (10) and the collet (30), the clamping system (1) has a form locking anti-twist protection which blocks a rotation of the collet (30) relative to the base element (10).
