The method also includes broadcasting, by the first user equipment, the information of the first user equipment on the obtained resource, so that a second user equipment obtains and sends the information of the first user equipment to a network-side device to set up a connection with the first user equipment, where the second user equipment supports the D2D function and is matched with the first user equipment.
Abstract:
A communication system including a radio network controller (RNC) and a base station (NodeB) is disclosed. The RNC sends to the NodeB a message for configuring or reconfiguring an enhanced dedicated channel (E-DCH) related resource. The E-DCH related resource corresponds to an E-DCH as a common transport channel. The message includes a signature list including a preamble signature for a random access request, E-DCH physical layer information, and a transmission bearer parameter. The NodeB configures or reconfigures the E-DCH related resource according to the message. The configuration or reconfiguration is performed before the NodeB receives, in accordance with part or all of the configured or reconfigured E-DCH related resource, a random access request from a user equipment (UE). The NodeB sends a response to the RNC, including information about the E-DCH related resource that is configured or reconfigured by the NodeB according to the message.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide an interference coordination method and a base station. The method includes determining interfering cell base stations and interference levels of the interfering cell base stations and receiving power coordination information sent by the interfering cell base stations. The power coordination information is used to indicate a power headroom of an interfering cell base station on a specific channel resource or indicate a minimum transmit power of an interfering cell base station on a specific channel resource. A base station requiring interference coordination among the interfering cell base stations is determined according to the interference levels and power coordination information of the interfering cell base stations. A power adjustment request is sent to the base station requiring interference coordination so that the base station requiring interference coordination adjusts a transmit power on the specific channel resource.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a wireless spectrum resource invoking method and a base station device, and content thereof includes: a base station device having a wireless spectrum resource requirement capability releases wireless spectrum resource requirement information; a base station device having a wireless spectrum resource providing capability determines information about a currently transferable wireless spectrum resource according to the received wireless spectrum resource requirement information, and adds the determined transferable wireless spectrum resource to a wireless spectrum resource authorization message, to authorize the base station device having a wireless spectrum resource requirement capability to use the wireless spectrum resource; in this way, the base station device having a wireless spectrum resource requirement capability uses, according to the received wireless spectrum resource authorization message, the wireless spectrum resource that is transferred by the base station device having a wireless spectrum resource providing capability.
Abstract:
A method for transmitting information includes: by a NodeB, receiving information reported by a User Equipment (UE) through an Enhanced Dedicated Channel (E-DCH) transmission channel, and determining the UE corresponding to the received information according to UE ID information carried in the received information. A system and NodeB for transmitting information are also provided. Therefore, when random access data is transmitted between the UE and the NodeB, the NodeB can determine the UE from which the data is received, thus ensuring practicability of the transmission solution that uses High Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA) to implement random access.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to a signal transmission method and device, so as to reduce a burden on a communications network. A signal transmission method provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: adjusting, by a first communications node, a sending state of a reference signal of a cell that belongs to the first communications node; and sending, by the first communications node, the reference signal of the cell according to an adjusted sending state of the reference signal.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a cell identification method and apparatus. The cell identification method includes: sending, by a first network node, first information to user equipment and a second network node, where the first information is used to instruct the user equipment and the second network node to perform interaction to determine second information, the second information is used to indicate a to-be-identified cell, and the to-be-identified cell is a cell of the second network node; and receiving, by the first network node, the second information from the user equipment or the second network node, and identifying the to-be-identified cell according to the second information. By applying the foregoing technical solutions, a cell can be accurately identified, power consumption of a second network node can be reduced, and interference to a system can be further reduced.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a counter check and reconfiguration method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: sending a second identity information and a second count information to a terminal, so that the terminal compares, according to the second identity information, the second count information with third count information maintained by the terminal itself to obtain first comparison result information or second comparison result information; receiving the first comparison result information sent by the terminal, or the second identity information and second comparison result information sent by the terminal; and determining counter check result information according to the received first comparison result information, or the received second identity information and second comparison result information. Thereby, the present invention implements a counter check process and a reconfiguration process in a network architecture in which a primary base station is separated from a secondary base station.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a D2D communication method, a terminal, and a network device. The method includes: acquiring, by a first terminal, network information, where the network information includes a system message sent by a network device and/or a cell coverage result; determining, by the first terminal according to the network information, whether to enable D2D communication for autonomously discovering a second terminal; and if the first terminal determines to enable the D2D communication, discovering, by the first terminal, the second terminal autonomously, and performing the D2D communication with the second terminal directly.
Abstract:
In a method for implementing a Radio Resource Control (RRC) protocol function a macro base station configures control information required by a user equipment for accessing a micro cell node. The control information is sent to the micro cell node for combining the control information and control information that is preset by the micro cell node and forwarding the combined control information to a user equipment, or directly forwarding the control information to a user equipment, so as to implement all RRC protocol functions of the micro cell node
