    摘要: The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for bearing a Transport Stream (TS). The method includes: extracting TS packets continuously from the TS to constitute one or more sampling units, and obtaining index information of the sampling units; writing the sampling units into a data portion of a streaming media file, and generating an index portion of the streaming media file according to the index information. The present invention can encapsulate the TS into the streaming media files, so that the TS can be read by a standard streaming media file analyzing program, which facilitates multi-party interaction of the TS data in the streaming media field, and improves the practicability of the TS in the streaming media field.

    摘要: Image matting is performed on an image having a specified foreground region, a background region and an unknown region by selecting a kernel size based on a size of the unknown region. The matting processing is performed using the selected kernel size to provide an alpha matte that distinguishes a foreground portion from a background portion in the unknown region. Further, in some implementations, a trimap of the image may be segmented and matting processing may be performed on each segment using a kernel size appropriate for that segment.

    摘要: Techniques and technologies for de-hazing hazy images are described. Some techniques provide for determining the effects of the haze and removing the same from an image to recover a de-hazed image. Thus, the de-hazed image does not contain the effects of the haze. Some disclosed technologies allow for similar results. This document also discloses systems and methods for de-hazing images. Some of the disclosed de-hazing systems include an image capture device for capturing the hazy image and a processor for removing the effects of the haze from the hazy image. These systems store the recovered, de-hazed images in a memory and/or display the de-hazed images on a display. Some of the disclosed methods include removing the effects of the haze from a hazy image and outputting the recovered, de-hazed image.

    摘要: A vertical winding structure for planar integrated magnetics used in switched-mode power converters maintains close coupling between the different windings but reduces the eddy current losses, lowers the DC winding resistance and reduces the number of layers of the PCB. Vertical and horizontal windings can be used together without sacrificing these performance advantages and further minimizing the capacitive coupling between the outer-leg windings and the center-leg winding. This winding structure can be used in a wide range of magnetic structures including isolated and non-isolated CDRs, interleaved CDRs, and buck and boost converters.

    摘要: Homozygouse knock-out mice lacking the Aiolos gene are shown to exhibit multiple phenotypes in common with humans suffering from the autoimmune disease Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). When Aiolos −/− mice are crossed with homozygous knock out mice lacking the OBF-1 transcription factor gene, resultant double knock out mice lack all signs of SLE. Methods of screening for agents active against autoimmune diseases, for example SLE are provided. In vitro methods include screening for antagonists of OBF-1, screening for agents which inhibit binding of OBF-1 to oct-1 or oct-2, screening for agonists or antagonists of Aiolos protein and screening for agents which upregulate expression of Aiolos or downregulate expression of OBF-1. Also disclosed are methods of screening using knock-out mice and B cells from knock-out mice.

The disclosed design allows for a larger core area where the DC fluxes are added, thereby reducing the air-gap requirements in the cores derived from low saturation density materials such as ferrites. The cellular nature of the design can be effectively employed in vertically packaged power converters and modules. Also disclosed is a DC-DC converter topology which preferably employs the disclosed core. N AC drive voltages drive N current doubler rectifiers (CDRs) in accordance with the symmetric modulation scheme; each CDR provides two rectified output currents to an output node. Each AC drive voltage has a switching period Ts. The drive voltages are phase-shifted by Ts/(2*N), such that the rectified output currents of the CDRs are interleaved, thereby reducing output voltage ripple.

    摘要: A fuel processing method is operable to remove substantially all of the sulfur present in an undiluted oxygenated hydrocarbon fuel stock supply which contains an oxygenate and which is used to power a fuel cell power plant in a mobile environment, such as an automobile, bus, truck, boat, or the like, or in a stationary environment. The power plant hydrogen fuel source can be gasoline, diesel fuel, or other like fuels which contain relatively high levels of organic sulfur compounds such as mercaptans, sulfides, disulfides, and the like. The undiluted hydrocarbon fuel supply is passed through a desulfurizer bed wherein essentially all of the sulfur in the organic sulfur compounds reacts with the nickel reactant, and is converted to nickel sulfide, while the now desulfurized hydrocarbon fuel supply continues through the remainder of the fuel processing system.
