Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless access system that supports an unlicensed band, and provides various methods for adjusting a contention window size, methods for determining the time when the adjusted contention window size is applied, methods for distinguishing between a collision and a channel error, and devices for supporting the same. As an embodiment of the present invention, a method for adjusting a contention window size in a wireless access system supporting an unlicensed band may comprise the steps of: performing a channel access procedure; when it is determined through the performed channel access procedure that a serving cell (Scell) in the unlicensed band is in an idle state, transmitting a transmission burst including a downlink signal through the unlicensed band; receiving hybrid automatic repeat and request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) information corresponding to the transmission burst; and adjusting the CWS using the number of DTX states in the HARQ-ACK information when the transmission burst is scheduled in a self-carrier scheduling scheme.

Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for transmitting acknowledgement/non-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) of a terminal in a carrier wave aggregation system. The method comprises: receiving a UL grant by a subframe n−k1 of a first serving cell, wherein the UL grant comprises uplink allocation and piggyback information, wherein the piggyback information indicates the number of first physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) scheduled before the subframe n−k1; attempting a detection of a second PDSCH by a subframe n−k2 of a second serving cell; and transmitting an uplink transmission block and ACK/NACK information through a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) on the basis of the uplink allocation by subframe n, wherein n, k1 and k2 are constants, k1>k2, and the ACK/NACK information may comprise a first ACK/NACK according to the piggyback information, and a second ACK/NACK corresponding to the detected second PDSCH.

The method for monitoring a PDCCH can comprise the steps of: performing a frequency division duplex (FDD) half-duplex operation; and determining whether to monitor the PDCCH if discontinuous reception (DRX) is set. Here, when a downlink subframe of a downlink carrier is positioned immediately before an uplink subframe of an uplink carrier, the PDCCH can be monitored in the downlink subframe during an active time.

Abstract: The present specification provides a method and UE for receiving configuration usable for a discovery, which can be used in a small cell scenario. The discovery may further include a channel status information-reference signal (CSI-RS) depending on a configuration of the CSI-RS. The measurement configuration may include at least one set of configuration elements. The UE performs a measurement on the discovery signal based on the received configuration. Further, the UE receives channel status information-reference signal (CSI-RS) configuration including at least one set of CSI-RS configuration elements used for a zero power CSI-RS, wherein the CSI-RS configuration includes at least one set of CSI-RS configuration elements, each set of CSI-RS configuration elements includes CSI-RS interval information and CSI-RS offset information.
