Abstract: A floating electrical connector includes a housing with a tubular portion. An axis is defined in a center of the tubular portion. Several floating terminals are arranged around the axis and are partially connected. Each floating terminal has an inner terminal sheet on an inner side and a spring structure on an outer side. Each spring structure is connected to one of the inner terminal sheets. A portion of the inner terminal sheet is inserted into the tubular portion and arranged along an inner peripheral surface of the tubular portion. The portion of each inner terminal sheet located in the tubular portion has an electronic contact bulging inward. Several external pins are electrically connected around the floating terminals. When a conductive pin is inserted into the tubular portion, the spring structures could elastically deform, allowing the tubular portion to adapt to a horizontal deviation or a skew deviation of the conductive pin, providing a greater tolerance for alignment deviations.

Abstract: A supporting structure includes a seat, a suction cup, a rotary plate, and a support, wherein the suction cup is located at a cavity of the seat. The rotary plate is disposed between the seat and a bottom portion of the support. The support drives the suction cup to act together. By rotating the rotary plate clockwise or counter-clockwise, a distance between the bottom portion of the support and the seat could be changed to make the suction cup be attached to or removed from a smooth surface of an object. The supporting structure of the present invention facilitates the convenience of use.

Abstract: A periodic metal array structure can be disposed between two antenna modules and include rows of metal unit assemblies that each includes metal units connected to each other in a longitudinal direction. Each metal unit has a first longitudinal strip, two first transverse strips, two second transverse strips, and two second longitudinal strips having shorter longitudinal lengths than that of the first longitudinal strip, and being respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the first longitudinal strip and respectively spaced apart therefrom by intervals at which the second transverse strips are located. The top and bottom ends of the first longitudinal strip are respectively connected with the first transverse strips. At least one first transverse strip can be connected to a first transverse strip of an adjacent metal unit. Each second transverse strip can be connected to the first longitudinal strip and a corresponding second longitudinal strip.

Abstract: An antenna cover is used with an antenna for passing therethrough a radiation of the antenna in order to modify an antenna pattern of the antenna. The antenna cover includes a housing having a first surface and a second surface; and a plurality of through holes penetrating through the housing and extending from the first surface to the second surface. By way of adjusting distances between the plurality of through holes and/or adjusting sizes of the plurality of through holes, the antenna cover functions to adjust the radiation of the antenna from a first antenna pattern to a second antenna pattern.

Abstract: A system for physical-distancing detection in a specified area includes a locator locating a positioning quadrangle plane in a specified area; an image-capturing device obliquely capturing an image of the specified area to generate a captured image of the specified area; and a coordinate converter defining a coordinate conversion function according to raw coordinates of selected points of the positioning quadrangle plane in the captured image of the specified area and reference coordinates of the selected points of the positioning quadrangle plane in an overlooked image of the specified area. The image-capturing device converts raw coordinates of the captured image of the specified area into converted coordinates of the overlooked image of the specified area by way of the coordinate conversion function, determines a physical-distancing condition between two persons according to the converted coordinates, and automatically takes an action corresponding to the physical-distancing condition.

Abstract: An interlaced array antenna includes first and second groups of antenna units, which are of the same size in the same group and different sizes in different groups. Each antenna unit is polygon-shaped with even-numbered edges, and has feed-in terminal and coupling terminal at two corners. A preceding one and a succeeding one of the antenna units included in the first group are interconnected via a specified one of the antenna units in the second group. An input signal is transmitted through the feed-in terminal and then the coupling terminal of the preceding antenna unit, the feed-in terminal and then the coupling terminal of the specified antenna unit, and the feed-in terminal and then the coupling terminal of the succeeding antenna unit in sequence. Configurations of adjacent two antenna units in the same group are identical once one of them is flipped about the x-axis.

Abstract: A mobile navigation system includes: a radar antenna carried by the vehicle, and emitting first and second sensing beams at first and second time points, respectively; first and second retro-directive antennas or beam-reflecting objects disposed at first and second positions, respectively, and being a specific distance from each other; and a processing device electrically coupled to the radar antenna. The first and second retro-directive antennas or beam-reflecting objects respectively return first and second retro waves corresponding to a direction of the first sensing beam, and respectively return third and fourth retro waves corresponding to a direction of the second sensing beam. The processing device receives the first, second, third and fourth retro waves, and determines a moving direction of the vehicle according to the first, second, third and fourth retro waves and the specific distance.

Abstract: A cloud radio access network system includes remote signal sources, a baseband processing unit pool, an access management server, a software defined network controller and a network signal forwarder. The software defined network controller is electrically connected to the access management server and the network signal forwarder. The network signal forwarder includes at least two network connectors, each of which is configured to be connected to one remote signal source or the baseband processing unit pool. The software defined network controller obtains connection relation between the network connectors and the remote signal sources or the baseband processing unit pool, and provides network resource information to the network signal forwarder according to the connection relation. The network signal forwarder establishes communication between one remote signal source and the baseband processing unit pool according to the network resource information.
