    Abstract: An inspection device includes: an irradiator that irradiates an object with near-infrared light; a spectroscope that disperses reflected light from the irradiated object; an imaging device that takes a spectroscopic image of the reflected light; a processor that: obtains spectral data of a plurality of points on the object, based on the spectroscopic image; defines a group of similar spectral data from among the spectral data of the plurality of points; extracts a group having a largest number of spectral data from the defined group; calculates an average of the spectral data of the extracted group; and detects a type of the object using a predetermined analysis of the object, based on the average.

    Abstract: A three-dimensional measurement device includes: a projector including: a light source that emits a predetermined light; a grid that converts the light from the light source into a predetermined striped pattern; and a driver that moves the grid, and the projector projecting the striped pattern onto a measurement object; an imaging device that takes an image of the measurement object on which the striped pattern is projected; and a controller that: controls the projector and the imaging device to obtain a plurality of image data having different light intensity distributions; executes three-dimensional measurement of the measurement object by phase shifting based on the image data having different light intensity distributions; and obtains each of the image data among the image data having different light intensity distributions.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a clamping jig for tube connection with which it is possible to clamp tubes even in a small and narrow space. A clamping jig for tube connection 10 according to the present invention is a clamping jig for tube connection that clamps joint-equipped tubes 60, each tube including a protruding collar portion 63 at a position rearward of its leading end. The clamping jig for tube connection includes: a first member 20 that includes a first clamping portion 21 that is provided at a leading end thereof and to which one of the tubes is fitted, and a first gripping portion 23 formed at a base end thereof, a second member 30 that includes a second clamping portion 31 that is provided at a leading end thereof and to which the other tube is fitted, and a base end thereof being pivotally supported at the base end of the first member by a pivoting portion 27; a support rod 25 that extends from the first member through the second member; and a lever member 40 in which a leading end thereof is pivotally supported by a support portion 26 provided in the support rod, and a lever gripping portion 41 is formed at a base end thereof, the lever member 40 enabling swinging of the lever gripping portion in a direction of the base end of the second member, and the lever member 40 including a pressing portion 42 that presses the second member on the base end side relative to the support portion.

    Abstract: In a connected-part seal structure configured to couple a first connected part and a second connected part through a seal member, the taper angles of first and second inner pressure-contact tapered parts provided in the seal member are smaller than the taper angles of first and second inner tapered parts provided in the first and second connected parts. Thus, a pressure-contact force of first and second inside tapered pressure-contact allowances are larger as the inside tapered pressure-contact allowances are located closer to base end parts of first and second annular protrusions.

    Abstract: A fluid control valve for controlling high-temperature fluid includes: a valve body including a valve chamber communicating with first and second flow passages, and a valve seat provided in the valve chamber; a metal diaphragm that contacts with and separates from the valve seat; a stem that moves the metal diaphragm up and down; and an actuator that drives the stem. The first flow passage includes a first orifice having a diameter set to 50% or less of a diameter of the second flow passage. Alternatively, the second flow passage includes a second orifice having a diameter set to 50% or less of the diameter of the second flow passage. The diameter of the second flow passage is calculated by converting a cylindrical flow passage area defined between the valve seat and the metal diaphragm when separated from the valve seat into a diameter of a circular flow passage.
