摘要: Systems, methods, and devices are provided for producing and using a low-value inductor which is stable at high frequencies, the inductor including a plurality of radial spokes extending between two concentric rings. The inductance of the inductor is controlled by the number and dimensions of the plurality of spokes, as well as the materials of the inductor. In some cases, the inductor is used as a low value inductance standard for directly measuring a low value electrical inductance.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention include an electrical package and methods of forming the package. In one embodiment, a transformer may be formed in the electrical package. The transformer may include a first conductive loop that is formed over a first dielectric layer. A thin dielectric spacer material may be used to separate the first conductive loop from a second conductive loop that is formed in the package. Additional embodiments of the invention include forming a capacitor formed in the electrical package. For example, the capacitor may include a first capacitor plate that is formed over a first dielectric layer. A thin dielectric spacer material may be used to separate the first capacitor plate form a second capacitor plate that is formed in the package. The thin dielectric spacer material in the transformer and capacitor allow for increased coupling factors and capacitance density in electrical components.

The first manner includes passing in from a first surface of the layout plane and passing out from a second surface of the layout plane, and the second manner includes passing in from the second surface and passing out from the first surface.

摘要: A transformer comprises a winding structure which forms a primary side coil, a secondary side coil and first and second wires wound into the coil structure of the transformer. The first wire and second wire define a capacitance between them. The first wire is coupled to a cold point in the primary side and the second wire is coupled to a cold point in the secondary side, thereby this capacitance forming a Y-capacitor between the primary and the secondary sides. This capacitance may for example be used for EMI suppression.

摘要: The present invention provides a capacitive voltage transformer, including: a capacitive voltage-dividing component and an electromagnetic unit. The capacitive voltage-dividing component comprises: one or more levels of stacks, and each stack is a coupling capacitor. The coupling capacitor includes: an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, an insulating sleeve, a capacitor core, squirrel cage electrodes, volume matching devices, a high voltage lead, and a low voltage lead. The lowermost coupling capacitor is provided with a medium voltage lead and a lead terminal. The low voltage lead of the lowermost coupling capacitor is led out through a low-voltage leading-out tube arranged in the lead terminal, and the medium voltage lead of the lowermost coupling capacitor is led out through a medium-voltage leading-out post arranged in the lead terminal. The medium-voltage leading-out post passes through and out of the low-voltage leading-out tube and is arranged coaxially with the low-voltage leading-out tube.
