Abstract: An airline lubricator is disclosed for delivering on demand metered quantities of oil to a pneumatic tool through: (1) a conduit external of the air line; (2) a conduit internal thereof; (3) by injecting an atomized mist of oil into the air line. An indicator piston reciprocates in a transparent housing mounted to the lubricator with the flow of oil so that by observing the movement of the piston it can be determined if the lubricator is operating properly. A tamper-proof oil-metering adjusted is provided for adjusting the quantity of oil delivered by the lubricator and for preventing tampering or accidental readjustment.

Abstract: A backflow preventer for preventing a reverse flow of water in a plumbing system including a body having an inlet and an outlet. The body forms an intermediate zone between the inlet and outlet. An inlet check valve prevents the reverse flow of water from the intermediate zone through the inlet. An outlet check valve prevents the flow of water from the outlet into the intermediate zone. An inlet pressure sensor, an intermediate pressure sensor and an outlet pressure sensor provide readings for the respective zones. A controller monitors a pressure differential between the outlet pressure zone and the intermediate pressure zone to compare the pressure differential to a pre-set range. The controller generates a warning/error message when the pressure differential is outside the pre-set range. The controller can also monitor an inlet pressure in the inlet zone to generate a message if the inlet pressure varies inappropriately.

Abstract: A dual containment pipe assembly includes an outer containment pipe defining a rib on an interior surface thereof. An inner containment pipe can be positioned inside of the outer containment pipe. The inner containment pipe has at least one clip on an exterior surface thereof. At least one spacer wheel is between the outer containment pipe and the inner containment pipe. The spacer wheel has an inner channel for engagement to the clip and an outer groove for engagement to the rib. The spacer wheel includes: an inner circumferential hub defining the inner channel for engaging the clip; an outer circumferential rim defining the outer groove for engaging the rib; and a plurality of support spokes connecting the inner circumferential hub and the outer circumferential rim.
