Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate, a display device and a spatial positioning method of a display device. The display device includes a base substrate, a pixel layer arranged at a side of the base substrate, a light source structure having a same light exit direction as the pixel layer, a processing element. The light source structure to emits collimation invisible light, the pixel layer includes a plurality of sub-pixels and at least one sensing pixel arranged between the sub-pixels, the at least one sensing pixel receives reflected light of the collimation invisible light emitted by the light source structure and reflected by an object to be positioned, the processing element is coupled with the sensing pixel and the light source structure, a distance from the object to the display device is calculated according to relevant data information of the collimation invisible light and the reflected light.

Abstract: An OLED touch display substrate, an OLED touch display panel, a display device and a control method thereof are provided. The OLED touch display substrate includes an anode, a cathode and a functional layer arranged on a base substrate. The cathode includes sub-cathodes, a time period for displaying one image frame of the OLED touch display substrate includes a display time period and a touch time period, and the sub-cathodes further serve as touch electrodes. The touch display substrate further includes touch signal lines electrically connected to the touch electrodes. Within the display time period, a common voltage signal is applied to each touch electrode via the respective touch signal line. Within the touch time period, a touch scanning signal is applied to each touch electrode via the respective touch signal line, and it is detected whether or not a self-capacitance of the touch electrode changes.

The cathode layer is partitioned by the baffles into a plurality of self-capacitance electrodes insulated from each other. Each of the self-capacitance electrodes is located within one of the touch regions and matches the touch region in shape.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a fingerprint recognition device, a display substrate and a display apparatus. The fingerprint recognition device includes: at least one fingerprint detection component; at least one fingerprint recognition signal line, the fingerprint detection component outputs a detection current to the fingerprint recognition signal line; at least one noise reduction circuit serially coupled in the fingerprint recognition signal line, the noise reduction circuit being a resistive component; and a fingerprint determination circuit coupled to the fingerprint recognition signal line, configured to determine a morphology of a fingerprint according to a current signal, subjected to a noise reduction by the noise reduction circuit and transmitted by the fingerprint recognition signal line. The fingerprint recognition device can filter out the current generated by coupling the fingerprint recognition signal line with other data lines, the interference with the detection current is reduced, the accuracy of the fingerprint recognition is improved.
