    Abstract: An embodiment of this application provides a downlink control information transmission method and an apparatus. The method includes: receiving first downlink control information DCI in search space of a first carrier bandwidth part BWP, where if a frequency domain resource allocation type of the first BWP is a type 0, an Lf-bit frequency domain resource allocation indication in the first DCI is an Lf-bit bitmap, and bits in the Lf-bit bitmap in descending order are respectively corresponding to resource block groups RBG 0 to RBG (Lf−1) in a second BWP; and for one bit in the Lf-bit bitmap, when a value of the bit is t1, an allocated resource includes one RBG corresponding to the bit.

    Abstract: Various embodiments provide a communication method and a communications apparatus. In those embodiments, a terminal device receives first indication information and second indication information from a network device. The first indication information indicates a position of a first reference point, the second indication information indicates a first quantity, the first quantity is a quantity of offset units between the first reference point and a second reference point, and the second reference point is an endpoint of a first physical resource block (PRB). The terminal device determines a position of the first PRB based on the first indication information, the second indication information, and an identifier of a subcarrier corresponding to the first reference point. Therefore, the terminal device can complete, without learning of a system bandwidth, a process of determining a PRB corresponding to a start point of a PRB number in the system bandwidth.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a base station, user equipment (UE), and a carrier scheduling indication method to resolve a problem that signaling overheads are relatively large. An embodiment method includes generating, by a processing unit, a carrier assignment indication (CAI) field of a current scheduled carrier according to scheduling statuses of all configured carriers, where the CAI field is used to indicate a total quantity of scheduled carriers in all the configured carriers and an accumulative index value M of the current scheduled carrier, and M represents that the current scheduled carrier is the Mth scheduled carrier from the 1st configured carrier to the current scheduled carrier; and sending, by a sending unit, downlink control information digital control information (DCI), by carrying the CAI field generated by the processing unit to the DCI, to UE by using the current scheduled carrier.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a transmit power control technology in a wireless communications system. In a transmit power control method, user equipment performs transmit power compensation on subframes in different subframe sets by using different power compensation amounts, and sends data in the subframes by using uplink transmit powers on which the transmit power compensation has been performed. According to the solution provided in this application, smoothness of a signal-to-noise ratio of each uplink subframe can be ensured when a full-duplex technology is applied, and reception performance of the uplink subframe can further be ensured without causing excessively large signaling overheads.

    Abstract: This application provides a data communication method, a terminal, and a base station. In one embodiment, the terminal receives a first demodulation reference signal based on a first physical resource block index. The first physical resource block index is determined based on a first location in frequency domain, and the first demodulation reference signal is used to demodulate a data channel on which system information is located.     Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and provides a method for transmitting a carrier, a base station, user equipment, and a system. The method discloses: sending, by a base station, a second carrier, where the second carrier at least partially shares a same resource area with a first carrier, the resource area includes a plurality of resource elements, and the first carrier and the second carrier occupy different resource elements; and sending, by the base station, blank resource element indication information to user equipment that receives the second carrier, where the blank resource element indication information is used to indicate a position of a resource element occupied by the first carrier in the shared resource area. According to the solutions provided in the embodiments, a resource utilization rate of a communications system is improved, and interference between carriers is avoided.
